PATHETIC! 5 times I connected with the switchboard. 2 times,…read morethe quick and curt operator mentioned that they couldn't hear me because my connection was breaking up. [As if I personally was able to control that.] And the other 3 times were also a waste of time as they were like "WHO?!", when I pronounced the name of the doctor that I saw. I even spelled it for them, and they said , "That's the first name?" Reminder to self! Either find a more courteous hospital network or a different doctor whose name is somewhat easy to pronounce. I thought it would be easier to say 'Laique Imtiaz' . If the Fn hospital switchboard operators (at whatever they get paid per hour) CANNOT handle the work details OR dealing with human patients at let's guess $33.95 an hour to act pissed off at people for calling their switchboard then maybe they should look into re-schooling themselves or perhaps stretch their boundaries with working out their issues of not being courteous OR having the slightest bit of patience with people who call them up with questions! I'm so pissed off at the absolute garbage experience I've had with them every time I've had to call them or see them. I would suspend their asses until they could get their together. Turned me off really well. Good luck if you decide to use LVHN!! Because guess what? YOU'RE ON YOUR OWN!

I made an appointment and saw a PA or a NP and they were fabulous. Since then, I've been using a doctor and she is absolutely phenomenal. 99.9% of the time, she has an answer but that absolute RARE chance she doesn't have an answer, she gets that answer to me after doing some research. To make this novel short, this doctors office is the best in the area.

"Oh, no problem I can give you an appointment in Brodheadsville at 11 AM today." I thanked her, literally hobbled over there, signed in on the Kiosk that said I'd be notified by the receptionist soon. At 11:35 AM I went to the receptionist who sent me to another suit. There I was informed my appt was in Stroudsburg. I called and 'thought' I'd straighten it out. Now I'm bombarded with letters scolding me for missing my appt in Stroudsburg and that I need to make another appt. I took care of the issue myself, which is certainly better than going to ANY ST. LUKE'S.
