On Thursday, November sixth I got a phone call to remind me about my session for November 11. I told the front desk that I would like to cancel it and I would like to get my money back. She told me she was going to talk to her manager and somebody will get back to me right away. Monday, November 10 I called ideal image to confirm that my appointment was cancelled and that I will get my money back. The manager Leilani told me that I will get an email to confirm the cancellation and the amount of my refund. Later in the afternoon on November 10 I got a phone call from corporate office for our ideal image telling me that I will not get my money back due to the contract I signed. I tried to explain to the woman on the phone that no one told me that I will not get a refund back if I cancel. All I was told that I will get my money back by the manager at ideal image if I cancel within 24 hours. I called ideal image on Nazareth bike and the manager told me that I was approved for a full refund of $2440 but apparently corporate did not approve of it and she also mentioned that she was going to call corporate and get back with me right away but she did not. As for the Botox session that I paid for over $500 did not work at all and I don't see any change in my face. I want my full refund back for the Botox as well as the money they stole from me. I want a refund of the amount of $3201.00 asap I filed a complaint with BBB

I finally decide to do it and nurse tried to talk me out of it without ANY credible reason that would have been medical related. She kept saying I couldn't afford it (without any valid reason than my budget which she assumed I couldn't afford...I never even mentioned my budget! I had plenty of money to spend that day..so that was absolute DISCRIMINATION) -Their response to my google review about not being a candidate is ludicrous. I went to a plastic surgeon with a great BBB rating and I am absolutely a candidate for tear trough filler. Your doctors should atleast be able to communicate and back up with medical reasons why they won't do something with credible facts. I will be reporting to BBB unless refunded for $300 of dysport which left my forhead all bruised. I had botox MANY times else were and NEVER bruised. I never complained about the bruising the point is... I DIDN'T WANT BOTOX told her I wanted tear TROUGH FILLER. My area of concern was my under eyes not my forhead. The botox did not address my issues and I would like to be refunded. How does botox for the crows feet help with the tear troughs? It doesn't I was misinformed and need to be refunded. -If AZANI cared about their customers they would rectify real fast and they did not infact, it was handle even worse than I could have imagined. I called back to schedule my tear trough treatment with another nurse and they kept canceling it. They have my email and phone and choose to do nothing because they do not care about their clients.
