I don't just say this because I didn't like my out come of the situation that was presented to me. The way she handled my situation was in a passive aggressive, demeaning manner. She spoke to me as if this was my first day on earth. Her tone is just off putting and aggressive. This company should be about compassion. But instead it seems like they need to work on some basic customer service skills.... Mind you not once was I rude, demeaning or passive aggressive to the office manager. She had no excuse to speak to me the way she did. I was simply trying to understand and explain my situation from my point of view. The therapists are great, but I am a little confused as to how a psychiatrist evaluation only takes an hour? Anyone who I consulted who has the exact diagnosis I have said theirs took 2-3 hours. That concerns me a bit. I'm no professional I could be wrong.

But the whole staff at RIC has been so helpful and welcoming! They force nothing on you and work around your beliefs. My favorite thing is they take my insurance!
