As a result I had three wasted journeys and in the end sold it through Cash Converters down the road who gave me a very good price and you can call them, you have zero communication at CEX. There was a lot of people there to buy all the old stuff cheap but a lady in the queue told me she had bought a phone for her son from CEX at Christmas and this was her second visit as the phone wouldn't work, maybe be cheaper but then they don't always check it, seems like a pattern here, avoid!!

The staff are really really helpful in this branch of Game! They're always willing to recommend new…read moregames and help you out with finding what you need. The downside is that it doesn't have a very extensive second-hand shop, and in general the nearby Gamestation is a lot cheaper, with a much wider range of products. However, if you're just after a mainstream new release, they have a lot of events and promotions, so it's always worth checking.
