I highly recommend giving it a shot. It did get hot in the room and apparently it's even hotter in the summer so dress appropriately. It's a fun activity for all ages and our group of 6 fit comfortably in the room. Affordable family friendly fun in dt Visalia! Give it a go!

There were some hiccups but Clevr Escape has potential to be great…read more My large group booked two rooms as a work bonding activity. Reservations were easy to make online and when I had issues and questions, the owner was very kind on the phone. During our session, there was another group that walked in so spontaneous fun was possible too. However, our game master was preoccupied so communication was slow during the game. I personally did the "Lost Treasure of Atlantis" which was labeled as hard difficulty. While the room was doable, I was disappointed in a puzzle that was uncalibrated. This issue resulted in the entire group being stuck for several minutes despite solving the puzzle. The room was formatted in a linear manner so our group of 6 felt very cramped. However I was impressed with the technology incorporated in the latter half of our escape. The room was very dim and there weren't enough lamps for each member of our team. It also didn't help that one lamp died 10 minutes in. The screen and speakers were clear. However our game master took several minutes to get back to us. Hence if you need a hint, wave for help immediately because assistance won't be immediately. The celebratory signs were a bit weathered and smelly. Hopefully these signs can be updated to reflect the themes of the rooms and be laminated to prevent the styrofoam deterioration. The experience was worth the $30 price tag but some changes needed to be made for it to be great.

Had a FANTASTIC time, but watch HIGH hidden fees when booking a reservation:…read more CONS: So, it was my birthday and a large group was coming to celebrate. I called the local Bowlero number, and was redirected to book a reservation ( press 1, & you get corporate)... Long story short, I found out that if you say YES to the salesperson asking if your celebrating ANYTHING, they tack on 21% which for my group was almost $100 extra, (they don't tell you this). I asked if that came with decorations? NOPE Cake? NOPE... so please be cautious and just book a reservation if necessary.. they still tack on 10%, which is ridiculous, so it's best to just walk in if you can. In my case I couldn't afford to be turned away for a lack of lanes, so it cost me $40 extra for basically nothing. PROS: Here's the great part that earned 5 stars; once we arrived, we had the most amazing service, care, and "little extras" everywhere. The local Bowlero doesn't cheap-ass like corporate. They had to move our reservation, so they offered some free food. Drinks and shots were VERY generous, if we had an issue Rob ( Mgr) was all over it, and made sure we were happy. Kimmy and Samantha were fun, friendly bartenders, and Samantha even iced my wine glass since the chardonnay wasn't cold yet. Mya was very attentive with food & drinks, and served our chicken strips in a warmer, since it was a huge order .. we enjoyed them for hours. I noticed that this Visalia group treated every customer with warmth, care, and respect. I am dually impressed, and will be back.. IN PERSON.. no reservations... lol.

We spent about 3 or so hours playing & exploring. It's really meant for younger ages, probably up until about 10-11. My son is going to be 11 next week & loved it because he loves dinosaurs, digging & science. Not sure i would go out of my way to go back, only because we don't live locally but if we lived in fresno I would consider getting a membership. They have a lot of great programs throughout the week which would be great for school field trips or homeschooling co-ops.

Came here once for my nephews birthday and haven't been back since, so it's been a while and I kind of forgot this place exists. You can get your tickets online, I happen to check at the right time because their prices and affordable on every first Saturdays of the month! The lady working was super friendly and helpful, she even told me they do music classes and that the kids are more than welcome to join. Around 11am they have a person doing a science presentation but unfortunately she was running late on her project and I overheard her being kind of rude and not in a good mood so we decided to move on to the next room. They were also selling boba and eggrolls outside, sorry I forget the name of the seller that had their booth there. The kids enjoyed the front area where they can dress up, draw and play with toys. There was also someone selling their 3D printed animals, which the kids loved so I caved and bought them all one plus help support small businesses. Overall it was a nice experience for the kids to enjoy.
