The staff is really friendly. Now the only downside is the current location. I was there and didn't have a spot to play on a Friday night but that isn't the stores fault. Everyone had their own little groups and pods so as someone who is alone I feel out of place and had to sit at the cafe. The bright side is they are moving to a bigger location if I heard that right so I am excited for the team and company. To sum up the location it's a place you can play video games. You can rent a room/theatre lounge for private events/gathering. You can rent a computer/consoles to play. You can join a community to play card games, they even have board games to use. A really convenient mini grocery store with all kinds of Asian snacks and ice cream. They even sell boba tea.

I placed my order on a Tuesday evening & did not receive it until Saturday. That does NOT reflect 2-day priority. So I got gouged with outrageous shipping charges just to have it shipped late!!! When I addressed my concerns to the business they simply stated that they do not guarantee shipping & responded very unprofessionally. They clearly are in the business of ripping off consumers & DO NOT care about customer retention. They were so enthusiastic about the Gameboy games my fiancé had. It was nice to see them get excited about games that were popular in the 90's and 2000's. We overheard them saying that they typically match whatever GameStop is currently offering in store credit. To our surprise, they gave my fiancé more than GameStop would have if we would've gone there. This is why it matters to support small businesses.
