The place is a one of a kind, a place where nerds, Weebs would go and play all sorts of things. If you play card games, board games, video games then this place is the place for you. They are growing (still growing) company that cares about the community. I have met the owner and seen his vision. He is there from time to time and interacts with his patrons. The staff is really friendly. Now the only downside is the current location. I was there and didn't have a spot to play on a Friday night but that isn't the stores fault. Everyone had their own little groups and pods so as someone who is alone I feel out of place and had to sit at the cafe. The bright side is they are moving to a bigger location if I heard that right so I am excited for the team and company. To sum up the location it's a place you can play video games. You can rent a room/theatre lounge for private events/gathering. You can rent a computer/consoles to play. You can join a community to play card games, they even have board games to use. A really convenient mini grocery store with all kinds of Asian snacks and ice cream. They even sell boba tea. read more

After following for months on TikTok, it was time for a visit. Only a 45min drive away (South Jersey resident) it was pretty easy to get to. The place has some good size to it. Especially for all it holds. A kitchen, gaming area, retail nerd stuff, and an Asian market. The staff was beyond friendly. We got to talking and had some awesome conversations. The Boba tea was great and they have some great sounding food options. We went early, opening time actually, so eatin didn't happen. And even Left our mark on the makeshift wall! I came here to support my friend's DDR tournament on 5/26/18. Upon entering, I discovered that this was the literal Gamer's Heaven. There are arcade games, consoles, board games, and gaming rigs. Board games are free to play. I paid $15 for unlimited use of the PC and consoles for the day. They sell a lot of Asian foods and drinks, as well as, cool board games. So to start off, I love this place. It has everything I enjoy and is/was a great place to hang out with friends. I'm so grateful it exists. However, there is a manager who has joined within the last year or so who has made the culture shift from friendly and cozy into uncomfortable and somewhat hostile. I don't like leaving negative reviews but I really hate seeing such a wonderful place become miserable. She openly talks badly about other employees in front of customers and acts like she genuinely hates them, even inserting herself into customer conversations to say how much she dislikes her boss. She insulted my friend for ordering a drink incorrectly and was more like a bully than a manager. I've been going to this location before she appeared and ALL of the employees were exceptionally kind and considerate, they made me feel like a friend and seemed like they really enjoyed working there. I never had any issues with food, everything was clean, and I always enjoyed bringing my friends to hang out. I've seen this manager speak so meanly to an employee that I thought they were going to cry, everyone seems so miserable now and my heart breaks for them. It's one thing to be curt or blunt but humiliating your employees in front of customers is beyond unprofessional. I was embarrassed to bring one of my friends for the first time, seeing a manager blatantly act like a bully to customers and staff made both of us feel really awkward. She doesn't even try to hide how mean she is to the people she works with. I work retail and I understand how tough it gets, it takes A LOT for me to criticize another person's customer service, but she genuinely makes me feel bad for being there, like I should apologize and be ashamed that my friends and I buying things. I love this place and have so many great memories here, but ever since she showed up I feel so unwelcome and uncomfortable. I wish the best for this company, and I really hope the environment improves... read more

I love this place with all my heart. The staff is so friendly and helpful; no matter what the issue is or the question might be, they are more than willing to help! They have so many things of interest, ranging from collectibles and trading cards. They also have TTRPG minis, dice, and more. They have amazing Boba and ramen, and of this for a good price. The community there is so loving between staff and customers, you can always find someone to talk to and make new friends. Such an amazing place, and I'm so thankful to have it nearby! read more

There's a lot of stereotypes in the gaming community, and I was a little nervous coming here at first as a female, but it's such a calm/welcoming environment. There's a really extensive Japanese/Asian mini mart with a variety of noodles, sauces, snacks, mochi, and more. There's a dining area where you can order fresh bubble tea , ramen, and various other food/snacks (comparable to food selection at a bowling alley/skating rink) and a small dining area with covid guidelines being followed to a tee. They have a private theater with all of the streaming services hooked up. And they additionally have the area where you can play games (video games and board games). They also have a section where you can purchase various games/action figures. The employees are very warm and inviting. Even though, with covid, the gaming section is closed you can easily spend a couple of hours here. The overall ambiance is relaxed and friendly. The owner was very helpful and even gave us a free snack with our purchase. I overall enjoyed my experience and I can only imagine that when covid is over this would be an excellent place to spend a full day, have a birthday party, or have a date night! read more

However they never came and helped me. So I went to the front and asked for help again and they said they would be right there. My boyfriend and I stopped in here today to check it out. They have a really great food market section as well as gamer stuff, figurines and more! They have a huge area for playing games, a theater and even more in the works. They've had to make some adjustments due to covid but we'll definitely come back to try their ramen and boba tea! My brother took me here earlier this month. The store is rather small, which makes it a little difficult to distance, but there weren't many people there so it was fine. The game store part was pretty standard. What drew my attention the most was the Asian Market they added in order to be considered essential. They have a really nice selection, including things you don't usually find at a mainstream supermarket. I hope after Covid goes away they keep that market open because that's my favorite part of the whole place! read more

This is easily one of the most well-run gaming establishments I've ever been to. They have several gaming systems that you can rent out, movies you can watch, a play area for cards and board games for you to play with your buds. Not to mention a movie theater where you can play video games on the big screen. The owner is also the man. They're constantly studying and making small changes to the layout in order to increase both efficiency and comfort.
