I was searching for a puzzle with ducks, but could not find any. Emil asked if she could help with anything. I had mentioned was looking for a duck puzzle. I had kept looking down other aisles to see if I could find anything associated with ducks. After about five minutes, Emil approached me with a puzzle featuring ducklings. I was amazed this young lady searched for the puzzle and hunted me down. Emil represents what superior customer service stands for and I also give kudos to Management for their training.
