When I 1st hired them I gave them a time of 2pm to show up. The next couple of days, I realized that 2pm wasn't going to get it. I wound up changing the time on them 2X more and finally settled for 8:30 to have them show up. The day of the job they were here on time. I showed them what I wanted done and they went right to work. I did check on their progress and was quite impressed. They had 4 loads for the dump. By the end of the day, I asked them about coming back again in about 3 days as the one guy that still had stuff out there wasn't finished. They showed up and this time it was just 2 loads and the backyard was back to looking great again. Their cleanup took a lot of pressure off my back. If I ever need more work like that done I will hire them again. He cut down bushes that my wife never asked him to cut down, weed eatted way past our property into our neighbors which we had to pay for and did a very small portion of the weed eating we wanted done. Took many breaks in that 6 hours. My biggest issue is he did not listen to our instructions and caused us more work to clean up and took out all of our privacy hedges that we never asked him to. Every time he was checked on he would ask do you want this or that done and was told NO we just want you to do what we asked weed eat and clean up. We booked him because he was rated as 5 stars but now we know why. I gave him a NOT recommend on his site and he took it down. So apparently he removed reviews that are not 5 stars and that to me alone is fraudulent.
