My daughter got very ill (turns out it was a severe case of the flu) on a Saturday night and luckily this place was open and accepted my insurance. The check-in process was quick and easy. The front staff came out and sanitized twice while we were there. I've never seen a place do that. I believe they also sanitized each chair when someone was called back. The staff was friendly, informative and thorough. My poor daughter threw up during the exam and we thought that was the end of it but as we were leaving (we were the last people in the office - and made them stay late...on a Saturday night) she paused/froze and then let it all come out. The staff was absolutely fantastic with helping us but specifically my daughter. They made her feel comfortable and taken care of. I am extremely impressed with this office, its location and will not hesitate taking my kids there. To the folks at the office. Sorry to put you through that on that night but I truly appreciate it.

Maybe it was just in my head, but patients should never feel that way when seeking medical care. On July 10, 2023, I visited for issues related to my menstrual cycle. Dr. Ludwig suggested hormone testing, and I specifically asked if it would be covered by my insurance (Select Health). She assured me it would be. Two years later, I'm getting calls from collections for an $1,800 bill that i never knew of for two years --for tests she said would be covered. She also sent me for thyroid testing, again saying it would be covered. It wasn't. I only found out after driving all the way from Orem to a testing center in Draper, only to sit in the waiting room and say, "I'm sorry, I can't afford this. We have to cancel." Bottom line: do your own research. Don't rely on the information this office gives you. I wish I hadn't.

This InstaCare is close to our home and very convenient. Check-in wasn't too involved or complicated. And the wait wasn't too long either, even though I was told there were two patients ahead of me. Everyone was very friendly. The nurse, doctor and xray technician were all very thorough. I liked how they all explained everything to me along the way. I was in and out of there in under 35 minutes too. I hope I don't need their services again any time soon. But if I, or my family members do, this location will be our first choice.

They did X-rays of his femur, within 5 min returned to the room with a lollipop & sent us on our way (no answers). Our pediatrician was very disappointed in the fact that not only did they not xray the hip, but they also wrote in his chart he had fell.
