Trainers are great and they help give you that extra jolt to finish your workout in 30 mins. Yes, you can burn up to over 300 cals in a single workout which is amazing. You can even repeat rounds or the whole round to your hearts content if you want to get an extra cal burn. You get to see your heart rate jump with their pulse tracker during your session. Oh, best thing, there are no class times! You go in once they are open and you have up to 30 mins before they close to get started on your workout. The owner (Christina) along with her staff are always happy to help. I was in the military years ago and loved working out in a group. The camaraderie and support are two things that help push me. 24 hr gyms didn't do that for me. I hated to go to the gym. Then I found this place and knew i was where i belonged! In every class the instructor is always watching and making sure your form is good. The staff and members are all amazing and so welcoming. They offer Pilates (reformer, mat, tts, and chair), yoga (vinyasa flow & deep stretch), cycling, Zumba, TRX, tone & strength, and barre. Every class has a sign up list. Now as for Muay Thai, Coach Riley is a fantastic instructor. He always takes the time to answer questions and help you with anything you need. All of my fellow adult muay Thai trainees are also great people. I was really out of my comfort zone when I first started, but everyone was so nice and willing to meet you were you were and help you that I felt really encouraged from day 1. Thats the kind of environment coach Riley has created in class. This program is such a confidence, not to mention fitness (it is WORK!), booster. I highly recommend it.
