Was I told about this? Apparently it was in the newsletter. When I said that I don't have time to read it she rudely said "it's not our fault you didn't read it". Quite annoyed at her tone and dismissive manner I asked to speak to a manager. She handed me a card and dismissively said "you can send an email". I said I'd prefer to talk to someone and again she said "no, you can send an email". I said I will give you my number and someone can call, can I have a pen? She refused to give me a pen and asked me to leave. Is it any wonder people get angry at this place. Just self entitled girls on the front desk who don't care and have no understanding of how frustrating it can be getting a baby into a car and to a pool. I got home to find an email saying I am no longer allowed there due to bullying. Are they kidding? A small disagreement and poor whittle girl at the counter can't handle it. Heaven help her. Here is the kicker. I looked and nowhere in the newsletter or in the email about school holiday programs does it state that normal classes are cancelled. Not just rude but wrong and rude. Pathetic. Go elsewhere.

I would not recommend going to their pool because of their very unfriendly staff and policy. Our son had allergy reaction and an hour and half before his scheduled swimming lesson and we have been told that we either have to come or miss out (no make out) on the lesson. - That is only one example of their terrible service and business regulations. We had seen multiple time them chatting super friendly to their friends but when it comes to other people they just supper rude. Thank you reception ladies for destroying our fantastic day today. Struggling for personal grass space since they also closed the grand stand seating. Police were called after several fights broke out. The pool closed an hour early. I will NEVER! return to this place and will urge others not to either.

The water has too much sodium hypochlorite which clogs your nose and lungs after and I personally experienced lots of skin peeling even though I was in the pool for less than 30 minutes.

You have to pay 40 cent to have 4mins hot waters, but the machine so damn, you can not control the heat and my kids almost got burn as it suddenly turned out extreemly hot. The owner of the center is bad and rude. The only thing good is the teacher is young and enthusiastic, but they are under a damn management policy. Stay away this center if you dont want your kids get sicks as the condition and environment there are quite bad.
