Earlier this year, I developed one varicose vein on my right leg. After researching Dr. Lin, I made an appointment for a consultation with him right away. We discussed all my concerns, my discomfort, and my self-consciousness about my appearance (summer was just around the corner). Dr. Lin took the time to address everything with great patience I really felt great leaving my consultation and made an appointment right after my consultation. He was so kind to accommodate me after hours because of my work schedule. The difference between Dr. Lin and these other Vein Specialty locations is: Dr. Lin will take the time to guide you and help you because Dr. Lin truly cares about his patients. At any other vein specialty location your just a number to them and you're nothing more than a $ sign to them. New You MediSpa is the way to go call them now. Before my procedure, Dr. Lin spent some time with me going over everything one last time, and I was ready to go. My first visit was for hair loss. the nurse practitioner did not even examine my scalp. I could tell she was just trying to get me out of the room as quickly as possible. She was pretty dismissive of my concerns. As a healthcare provider, I understand the pressure of working with 15 minute appointment times and an overbooked schedule, but this was frankly disrespectful and terrible medical practice to not actually perform a focused exam on the area of concern. What if I had scarring hair loss? And then went to Connelly dermatology and had a decent experience. When Connelly dermatology suddenly closed, I found myself without medication and a dermatologist. Out of time pressure and desperation, I foolishly decided to go to Schweiger again. This time a video visit with a different provider. She was somehow even more dismissive. She was late due to circumstances beyond her control, which is fine, but she talked over me. The entire time did not listen to a word I said. She also made it clear that she's unfamiliar with very basic evidence in hair loss medicine. She obviously had not reviewed any of the labs. her office did last time because she suggested my primary doctor do the same work up instead. She was rude and dismissive of my concerns, and again was just trying to get me off the line as quickly as possible. I waited 20 minutes for this appointment and it was maybe 4 minutes. There are plenty of decent dermatologists in the area. I would truly recommend avoiding this one.

I went to this injector with concerns about possible filler migration in my lips. I was told everything looked normal and that there was no migration. Trusting that professional opinion, I left things alone -- but deep down, something didn't feel right. I eventually went to a different injector for a second opinion, and she immediately identified significant filler migration, not just in my lips but extending around my mouth. It was so extensive that I had to have all the filler dissolved. What was even more concerning was that the second injector told me that my lip anatomy was not well-suited for the amount of filler that was originally used -- and that I should have never been injected with that much in the first place. For context, it was only one syringe, but even that was too much for my natural structure. She said a more experienced or ethical injector would have advised me to start with less, or not inject at all. I wish the original injector had been honest and taken a more conservative approach instead of brushing off my concerns and pretending everything looked fine. Transparency, education, and good judgment are key qualities in a medical aesthetic provider -- and unfortunately, I didn't experience that here. After the dissolver was injected, my lips became extremely swollen -- a common reaction only when filler is present. If there had been no filler, my lips would not have reacted this way. I started going here bc I had a groupon for laser hair removal. I can't say that I had the greatest luck with the laser hair removal and I am fair skinned with nearly black hair. I did all of my treatments, they were performed by Lee and she is very sweet. I did have pretty significant hair reduction but not quite as good as the results as other places with a different type of laser. However, I have NEVER felt like I was treated any less bc I used a groupon. Since I started going there, and bc it is over an hour drive for me, I started doing botox and fillers to make the drive worthwhile. Based on every conversation I have had with other people, laser & aesthetic medical center offers the best prices. Not only that, but Dr. Singhvi does an amazing job! He takes his time every time I go in there and studies my face to make sure he does what needs to be done with the amount of product he has to work with. He knows I'm on a budget and I only come in when there are specials and that doesn't matter to him. He absolutely gives me the best results with whatever amount he has to work with and he does not make me feel pressured to purchase anything else. Their attitude was basically "too bad" and "we don't actually have to fulfill what we advertise". I reported this business to the BBB. I hope they get shut down and stop scamming people.
