By the way, this was my first interaction with her, ever. I felt disrespected by her as a patient of Align Chiromedical for the two reasons above. There are more professional ways to communicate with a patient. I'm disappointed of her lack of customer service and professionalism. When I re-addressed to her over email weeks later how she spoke to me over this phone call, she did not acknowledge the situation, nor take ownership to apologize to smooth it over. I've been a patient Align Chiromedical for over +10 YEARS under the care of Dr. Jake Dalbec (who was wonderful, provided high quality care with positive results and would highly recommend him 5/5 stars....would say 6/5 stars if that could be a rating!!!). But after his departure and being treated the way I was by Dr. Alexa from this phone call, I will be finding care elsewhere. It's a shame that this is how it ends with Align Chiromedical. Jessica French and Nancy Bierma are the people I see for this and both are so friendly and knowledgeable. They always have product recommendations and information if asked but are never pushy about buying products. They recently added a massage therapist to their practice and Ray Neil is AMAZING. My spouse and I have both had massages and have left every time feeling relaxed and/or had pain reduced. The pressure is definitely not too light and she is generally intuitive about what is needed (I have asked for a little more pressure once and it was PERFECT), plus she has some great techniques for stretching/loosening painful areas. I cannot recommend her highly enough. Appointments are super easy to book online; if an appointment time is not available, call to see if they have some appointment times that are not listed online. The officer managers are all friendly and helpful. They also have some lovely products onsite to buy if you're interested, and they will usually offer you a cup of herbal tea after your treatment. They also accept HealthParters and Cigna insurance for acupuncture, just in case you have those carriers and acupuncture is covered under your plan. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Crocus Hill Acupuncture and Herbal Medicine. I am thankful to have found such a wonderful, relaxing, and healing place.

I've seen many chiropractors in the decades since the injury, and Dr. Allie towers above all of them. His ability to understand and treat the musculoskeletal system is stunning. Whether it is care for an old injury that results in the spine tending to move into the old injury pattern or the care of problems which come up, Dr. Allie has the knowledge and ability to treat the issue. His support staff are always friendly and courteous, too. There are probably 100 chiropractic clinics closer to my home, but I gladly drive the extra distance for the best of care.
