This place has the cutest stuff, but it is hit or miss. The merchandise changes frequently so if you don't find what you're looking for when we try another week, the stuff is expensive, but it will be things that you wear to death. I go to the delray location on Linton. read more

Overpriced trendy clothes that fall apart. I have spent a lot of money at this store. But I am not going to shop here anymore. At least three of the items I bought disintegrated in the wash. This represents almost $1000 worth of merchandise . I read the washing instructions and they were machine washable. I now have several expensive items of clothing with holes in them. I let the Store know about this, but they did not care. This doesn't happen to any of my other clothes. Save your money!!!! read more

I walked in here trying to buy a tank top for work. The owner was working the store that day Ron. He asked bizarre questions but I thought whatever. I quickly grabbed a shirt because he was starting to creep me out so I didn't want to try it on. At the register the questions continued and after making a comment about me being married proceeded to ask me out to dinner. I wanted to return the shirt and kept driving by only to see him in the store. I was finally going to go back today only to see on the receipt all sales are final! WHAT?!? Stay away from this store! My daughter and I walked in and was immediately greeted by the owner who was extremely rude and said that we would not find anything there because we are larger than the sizes he sells! I was so shocked that I was speechless which never happens. Mind you, I where a M/L so not sure why he felt we were too large to fit anything. Save your money and shop elsewhere. read more

I have spent thousands of dollars at this store. Bought my friend some clothes for her birthday. I bought them in April was told no problem if she needed to exchange. Luckily I went with her because I was told 14'day return policy. The tags were still on the pants, the credit was $150. She said I'm doing you a favor, seriously. I guess you had a banner year during the pandemic and don't care every time I shop my bill is $1,000+. You aren't doing me any favors I can spend my money at other shops. I was just shopping at the store on Linton in DR let me tell you.... Everything I wanted was in a size XS or S and I am a M or a L. I was getting frustrated so I asked what's up with all the smaller sizes, there was another lady in the store that agreed with me, she was also an M/L? The sales person was like we don't get in a lot of larges. Why not?!?! because they don't order them!!! This is a non-body positive store and a non-inclusive sizing store. Very sad it is 2018! This was my first and last time. Bought 4 items and at checkout asked what the return policy is. The manager told me (and the sign said) No Refunds, Exchange Only within 7 days. The next day I returned with 1 item for return. The salesperson said she could not take the item back as the "seal" was broken. I told her what the manager said, and she quickly called the manager (she was off that day). The manager said I should have known that it was not returnable since the little seal was broken. I said that she didn't tell me that at checkout, and she said "You should have known that." I asked the manager to call the owner and check out Customer service? I think not. I have disputed this with my credit card company. read more

I have shopped at Revival numerous times and always walk out with something cute. 2 weeks ago I bought a top I couldn't wait to wear. When I put it on the next week I noticed it had a hole in the arm (totally of no fault of the store). I brought it back and the owner was there. He did not have the same shirt but showed me one similar which I really liked as well. He gave me the new one and told me to keep the other one as well (as it really is repairable). What wonderful customer service!!! Not only will I definitely go back, but I will make it my number 1 place to look for new clothes. He made my day. read more

I have never experienced such rudeness and poor customer service. I am only giving the shop two stars because of the kind young girl who tried to help us. There were only two customers in the store, me with my two daughters, and another woman with her daughter. There was an older, short, dark haired Woman who was helping the other woman and her daughter. My daughter asked her if she could find a pair of white pants in a different size and also one of the pair of jeans in a different size. She said yes but never found them nor never acknowledged her at all. A younger girl was very kind and offered to help us. We ended up wanting to purchase a shirt, and a romper. The older dark-haired woman continued to chat about nonsense with the other customer while very slowly folding, and ringing her up. My husband was waiting outside for us. We patiently waited over 10 minutes while the dark-haired woman asked the customer all about where she lives, does she know her cousin, and one by one painfully rang up 2 of her six items. 10 minutes later, knowing that we were waiting to ring up two items, she was still chitchatting away. To the point where the customer apologized for not letting us go first, saying she didn't realize how long this would take her to ring. When we commented that we needed to get going she stared blankly at us. It's not that she wasn't capable, she was, she just didn't care that anyone was waiting for the only register in the store. We walked out of the store after standing there for 12 minutes of nothing, and I will never go back. Clearly our sale of two items was not important to her. It was like the part in pretty woman when they won't wait and Julia Roberts, BIG MISTAKE, HUGE! We will be shopping elsewhere and I suggest you do too! read more
