I was fortunate to connect with DAVID COSTA, and after several visits to the store and discussions on the phone, I am appreciative that we connected. David is a consummate professional. He knows the technical aspects of fitting someone for lens, and exudes confidence when he "marks" lens for the proper placement on your eyes/ face. And he was calm, patient and willing to spend as much time as needed to show me and my husband dozens of frames, respectfully. I work in the customer service industry and have for the last 13 years and as a manager, I'd want to address this behavior immediately so that it doesn't deter business.
