It was custom built for our previous house and had worked well. The curio we decided to bring back to close to original with a pecan finish. The console I wanted white washed in a way to still show off the grain of the wood. Both pieces turned out beautiful! We couldn't have asked for anything more. The curio is now the focal point of the dining room. The console looks like a very expensive piece. If/when we ever need to get any other pieces refinished we won't hesitate to call. I was charged $55 for a visit from a technician who would assess and give me a quote. Never got the quote. In fact, I was told because my sectional was "too new" they wouldn't work on it. Look, I'm paying you to do some work, not give me an opinion - and, just what in the world would change in a year, or three years? The situation would still require beefier springs! (btw, I'm a 150 lbs. male; this sectional shouldn't be sagging already, but R2G wouldn't fix it). This is an elective repair I'm paying for out of pocket, I just don't understand how they could tell me no. I will never work with them again, and I will tell every person I can not to hire them. Edit: on Google reviews, CFT decided to give a response as to why they chose not to perform the work which was different from the voicemail I received which I mentioned above. Fact is, this too was not a proper reason for not doing the work, instead of finding a solution. Eric did a great job reupholstering the leather on our bed (headboard & footboard). This is a…read morewooden canopy bed with leather inserts. The bed had bonded leather that started to peel and looked awful and although the peeling was minimal, it wasn't going to get better. The different products I tried in it was useless. Eric was sent pictures and then he came to see the furniture at which time he took measurements. We opted for real leather and had great color choice options. Although the peeling was only on the headboard we just opted to change the footboard too for uniformity. The turn around time for completion beginning to end was 5 Days from pick up.
