Half the time you get someone from a call center. NO ONE communicates internally, so be prepared to answer the same question multiple times. I even asked for my full records to be emailed to myself so I could look for a new dentist- turns out their "insurance department" has to be contacted to approve/email this. Half the time the staff is rude, the other half they're clueless. Be prepared to pay big bucks for BIGGER disappointment.

Faraz was extremely kind and patient, answering all of my many many questions. He was super knowledgeable, being able to go into detail when asked for detailed anatomy/physiology questions. He also clearly knew the literature, even quite recent publications. He did a great job with the injection and it appears to be healing well and looking really good. I only got a small amount in the glabella region which is what I wanted. He did not try to push me into getting any more or other procedures. Overall very good experience and I will be going back!

This was literally my fourth time ever getting Botox over the course of 2.5 years. It was like I threw away $217. Poof! My experience with their practice was disappointing. The office works are very nice and easy to…read morework with. But the dentist was to me misleading when it came to the costs. First I was told the full mouth X rays are covered by my insurance (they were not). Then the estimate for the root canal and how the amount the insurance would cover was wrong. Then the extraction costs were higher due to difficulty, which it did not seem to be. Finally I paid the bill at the end and put it behind me. Now one year later I receive a text that I owe another $540 and will be sent to collection if not paid. When I asked the reason for the additional cost the answer was not satisfactory. The best part about it all, is the tooth feels loose and I don't feel comfortable using that side. If you know a good dentist please tell me.
