He is extremely thorough and communicated every step, making sure I understood everything about the process. I would never recommend her. She said I could come and fix it but I don't think she knows color just rinses. I cant imagine trusting her. I showed her picture and she can't even follow that as a guide.

Nothing to complain about there. -- However, taking half star off because they still have not fixed the false advertising for discounted eyebrow threading through Yelp check-ins. The 20% discount for eyebrows should have subtracted $3 for each person with a check-in discount. We made sure to clarify all three of us had the offer. With 3 people getting the eyebrow+lip combo, it was originally $75.00 (ea: $15 eyebrows+$10 lips). We were charged $72.00 at register. :/ Again, service was good, but the checkout experience left us feeling iffy once more. ://
