His response was "it's just grass". They eventually moved but continued to jam their ladders in our new side lawn too. When we complained he said "sue me for $1000". VERY rude and unprofessional. To top it all off one of the workers lit up a cigarette just outside our screen enclosure while we ate breakfast so we got to choke on the smoke for 20mins. Also overheard a worker say to the other the gutter was installed backwards. Can't comment on the quality of the gutters but their workers are rude and snotty. When we have contractors do work, we insure they do not impact the neighbors in any way!! All the guy needed to say was simply "sorry, we'll stay away from your grass".

The last time it looked this good was 20 years ago! My pavers are that old and worn from years of Jacksonville weather. I had cracks in the coping, weeds in the grout lines with missing sand, and nasty algae on most of the pavers. They cleaned it all. First, they moved my furniture to outside the patio. Then they leveled the pavers that had sunk in. They cleaned the patio by pressure washing and using their cleaning mixture to bring out the color of the tiles more. They sealed the pavers and took their time putting it down ensuring every square inch had been covered. Lastly, they re-stained the coping around the pool. They communicated with me at every stage. They showed up when they said they would. They never left a mess behind. They completed it sooner than they estimated. The staff that were here were kind and answered any and all questions I had. They were EXTREMELY professional. The price of the work was more than reasonable for the work completed. I don't have one complaint for them. I would recommend their services to my own family. These are the type of people that you want at your home doing work. Just look at the before and after!

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Surface CPR. The original job, including the…read morepromised paver lifting, was supposed to be completed in February--approximately six months ago--and the work remains unresolved. Before the project began, Surface CPR made specific promises by email regarding the scope of work, including lifting and re-leveling the pavers and correcting the underlying base. Afterward, however, the company stated that this work was not included in the agreed-upon scope and characterized it as an "act of good will." That position directly conflicts with the company's prior written representations and has significantly undermined my trust and confidence in the business. Throughout this process, different on-site workers have provided inconsistent explanations, rationales, and excuses for the delays and incomplete work. The assigned paver contractor, has also failed to provide a firm return date, and my attempts to contact her have gone unanswered. Surface CPR has not provided a clear plan or reliable timeline for completing the outstanding work. I have been patient and have made repeated efforts to resolve this matter directly. I have retained emails, voicemails, and video surveillance with audio documenting the relevant communications, representations, changing explanations, and incomplete work. Customers should ensure that all promised work is clearly documented and completed before making final payment with this company. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Surface CPR and am pursuing formal avenues to seek completion of the promised work or appropriate compensation.

Then she busied herself and I didn't ask to see the documents, my bad. SO ASK FOR THOSE DOCUMENTS. Completely unreliable. They walked off the job because I wouldn't finish paying them. They had not completed a single task and were going to have to return to finish but the wanted me to pay them $2100 more. I'd already paid them $2900. The painting of the house wasn't finished, the back porch wasn't even started. Caulking wasn't finished. Shutters weren't finished, simply stated nothing was completely done. They stormed off when I refused to pay them and haven't called or been back.
