The financing process was super easy and we got the exact Ferris ISX3300 my husband wanted. We didn't expect everything to go through so quickly so we weren't prepared to take the mower home, but Erik allowed us to borrow a hitch, trailer, and tie down straps. The mower was cleaned off and loaded on the trailer for us. Everyone we spoke with was terrific and provided phenomenal customer service. It is a 24 hour rental so if you rent from them be prepared to spend the same if it is 2 hours, which is what mine was, or 24 hours. They are nice, polite but still a rip to the average joe who needs something for an hour or two. I paid $322 to use a lift. I picked it up at 10 AM and had it back before noon. Live and learn. Even if I was given a $100 discount that would have been reasonable. I still would have paid over $100 per hour.
