The financing process was super easy and we got the exact Ferris ISX3300 my husband wanted. We didn't expect everything to go through so quickly so we weren't prepared to take the mower home, but Erik allowed us to borrow a hitch, trailer, and tie down straps. The mower was cleaned off and loaded on the trailer for us. Everyone we spoke with was terrific and provided phenomenal customer service. We will absolutely recommend this Cardinal Rental location to everyone!

It is a 24 hour rental so if you rent from them be prepared to spend the same if it is 2 hours, which is what mine was, or 24 hours. They are nice, polite but still a rip to the average joe who needs something for an hour or two. I paid $322 to use a lift. I picked it up at 10 AM and had it back before noon. Live and learn. Even if I was given a $100 discount that would have been reasonable. I still would have paid over $100 per hour.

As far as the bed liner I had it done to help protect the bed from things sliding and hitting the front and sides but things slide more now than before so I'll still have to buy a bed mat to help with the sliding of things in the bed. So if you're thinking about getting one of these things done don't waste your money. To the owner after reading other comments I know you will say that I should of called about it and I had the dealership call you seeing that is who I went through to have it done and they gave you my phone number and told you that I was not happy with it 2 weeks ago and no phone call yet.

I had rented from them several times in the past, and had pretty good experiences. But recently I…read morerented a piece of equipment from them and when I returned it, I noticed a week later a charge for an additional $265. I questioned them on it and they said I went over the hours on the machine by two hours even though I have pictures of the time when I got it and send it back and it was just a little over an hour and they charged me for 2 hrs so thats how they justified the first $100. but, when I rented it, they never told me that I would be responsible for fuel and that if I didn't fill it up before returning it, they would charge me almost 2 times the going rate for diesel fuel. so another $165 for 22 gallons of diesel so $7.50 a gallon. But it gets worse. When I rented it, I told them I had not used the attachment that I was renting and asked if the person was going to be able to give me direction. They delivered it, he gave me some directions that were wrong, so I assumed that one of the functions was not working, which is why it took me so much longer to do the work. When I returned it, they claimed it was fine and I should've called them and they could have helped me figure out the issue. But again, nobody told me there was a hotline. I could call on memorial day weekend. I assumed since their shop wasn't open, I was on my own. I called to politely discuss it, because I was hoping we could at least split the difference or at least have a fair price on the fuel, and essentially they told me to pound sand. Needless to say, I'll never rent from Cardinal again.
