He had such a resume I had to check this guy out and I'm so glad I did. Dr. Nathoo extracted a lipoma from the side of my head that was literally the side of a quarter if not bigger. I have to be honest I was kinda worried that I would have a nasty looking scar considering its size and it's location which was right below my hairline on the side of my head. It literally looked like an egg on the side of my hairline right above my temple area and was very noticeable in any photo that was taken of me. Dr. Rajiv Nathoo came into the exam room, took a look at it, touched it a few times and said with total confidence, " yeah, it shouldn't be a problem at all ". All I was thinking was there was no way I was going to get out of this without a serious scar because if it's size. I was also thinking either get it taken out now or it may get even bigger and I was sick of seeing it in photos. Well, what he said and his confidence was an understatement. He did such an excellent job that you can barely even see a scar after 2 weeks when they took out the stitches. This guy is a magic man. I couldn't believe it to be honest. I literally had tears in my eyes when I left his office and looked at it again in my car. He did such an amazing job. Thank you sooooo much Dr. Nathoo. Your the man !!!!! Thank you for being so good and not making me look like Frankenstein. Thank you... thank you...thank you. I can't say enough about this man. Trust me when I say.. if you need a dermatologist this guy is better then that lady on the Pimple Popper show. Unfortunately, the massage was painful. She pressed directly on bones, did not work on the areas I specifically asked her to focus on, and continued working on painful spots even after I asked her to stop or adjust after saying "ok!" each time. I still left 12% because I did not want to stiff her, and thought 12% was more than enough for hurting me and not allowing me to relax. (For the record, I love very deep tissue massages, and I always relax when the person knows what they're doing.) She looked at the receipt, slammed it down, furiously pointed at the tip, and yelled, "WHAT IS THIS?! 20% ONLY!!" She had me clutching my pearls. I run businesses, and I would never in a million years approach a customer about a tip, let alone reprimand them for one. The only thing I could think to say is "it's a TIP...." Aka a reflection of your service... She then tried to shoo me out with her hand, and that's when I became stern. I said, No, please explain this to me. Is 20% required here? Is it required everywhere? If it's mandatory, it should be an automatic 20% gratuity on the receipt. You cannot leave the tip optional and then get angry when someone tips less. She just kept yelling "20%!" Four years later, apparently the massage may vary, but the 20% tantrum is still exactly the same from the same lady.
