Very disappointed with the way I was treated last Friday 04/17/26. My appointment was at 2:45pm with Janet. The receptionist apologized saying they are late with clients, and I understood because I saw 2 clients leave while I was there. Around 3:20pm, I asked if they are still running late, and the receptionist said not for long. At 3:30pm, someone came in wearing scrubs and looked like the receptionist knew her and they chatted and later on went to the back. The receptionist took me to a room around 3:35pm and at that point I was sure that Janet will come soon after, knowing that no clients were there. I sat in that room and waited and could clearly hear Janet chatting with the lady who just came in across the hallway (seemed like the lady stopped by just to chat) They were loud and talking about personal stuff. Few minutes later, around 3:40pm, I opened the door and went to the front asking if Janet knew I was there and the receptionist seemed embarrassed and said "yes, I will go back and talk to her". I went back to the room again and at this point, their conversation continued angain about personal matters and Janet had no respect for a client waiting for an hour. Extremely disappointing. 5 minutes pass by and I left the room and passed them still chatting in the hallway with no consideration. I told the receptionist I was leaving and she looked so embarrassed because she could see and hear what was happening. I thought maybe they will realize what they did and call to apologize. NOPE, I guess there is no consideration or customer care. Never going there again, and will no recommend to people. You could the best at your business, but with a treatment like this?! You are a terrible professional and business owner. read more

I have been going to Spa Blue for about 8 years now. Once in a while I tried the Botox on my forehead. Then I started getting sunspots and my lines around my nose were dragging a bit. I had a consult with Janet and she suggested IPL on my face. It's about a 7-8 day turnaround. By day 60 I love it even more. My sun spots are much lighter, my skin is more evenly toned and brighter, my nose lines seem lifted. The best part for me is the wrinkles on my forehead aren't there! It's a once a year treatment. Booked an appointment as a first time client for 1/2 syringe lip filler and consultation on possibly other fillers as well and my appointment was cancelled the day before with no reason other than an "appointment conflict" and no apology given. If there was truly an emergency or someone fell sick and there was no one who could do it then why not just say so? The lack of transparency leads me to believe they are prioritizing other clients with more expensive treatments. If I as a client cancelled my appointment last minute I would be penalized but they don't extend the same courtesy to their clients, especially a first timer? Extremely unprofessional and I will be going to a different place for services which may well be a blessing in disguise as there's quite a few bad reviews which I didn't look at before I booked, just booked on the recommendation of an "influencer" which was clearly a mistake on my part. read more

I absolutely love spa blue. I am so grateful a friend recommended them to me when i asked. Janet is second to none in the area. She has decades of experience and is seriously so gorgeous and kind and makes you feel so comfortable. I had never had anything done and was so nervous and not very knowledgeable about these products despite working in the medical field. She is very conservative and natural with her injections. Avani is also awesome. So friendly and sweet and trained in Southern California. She is a great listener to what the patient wants done. Both of them are. The office staff have always been so kind and friendly and helpful. I don't have enough food to say about them. I've tried several of their services, some multiple times. And never an issue. I've recommended them to like a dozen of my friends and many have already gone and love them. You will be in great hands here. I've been treating with Spa blue since 2019. I've gotten lip filler 3 times. The first time Janet was very detailed and I was thrilled. The second time seemed rushed and most recently it felt like a fast food drive thru. Janet was only in the room for 12 minutes for 1mL of lip filler. I went somewhere else where they told me industry standards is 30 minutes for lips. I started laser hair removal in 2019 and discontinued. The laser tech left the company and I could never get an appointment. When I did get an appointment it was cancelled because Janet was too busy. read more

On July 2023 for my birthday i purchased fillers at the Spa Blue. Michelle took care of me, was very professional and provided answers to all my questions. I am 72 years old, and at this time I was never informed that my age will not be a good scenario to obtain results to reduce the laugh lines. I came back to a follow up after 2 weeks, got more injections, which I was informed it was part of all this process. Came back after a month, and the owner of the Spa told Michelle she needed to charge me an additional $75. I then was schedule another visit to follow up since I had express rom the first follow up visit that I was not happy. Cristal, the Office Manager called me and said, that Janet, the owner wanted to see me, and cancelled my appointment with Michelle. Keep in mind that Cristal indicated that i was too old and I should get cosmetic surgery. Janet has cancelled the appointment twice. Finally I got an appointment scheduled for 2-10-24 and I received a call last week telling me that Michelle had overlapping appointments, and they needed to reschedule me for 2-24-24. Discrimination against senior citizens? That is not a good concept or helps the persons moral that goes to these institutions to feel and look better. I have left two messages one talking about discrimination and another one about why is my appointment overlapping when I made the appointment over a month ago. BEWARE!!! DO NOT book any appointment at Spa Blue. The owner Janet is a poor unprofessional business person. I had several appointments booked and rescheduled due to the owner being the ONLY person at the spa able to do injections and she takes off and shuts down the spa for personal reasons every chance she gets. They consistently have new employees in and out of the spa and cannot keep good help hired. The Spa will get you to buy or pre pay but then never give you what you pay for because they are never there in office to complete your services! Now they will not grant my request for a refund, so I am left with having to fight the charges with my credit card company. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere! read more

I was extremely disappointed with my last service. I received Restylane lift (2) syringes for my face last Tuesday. It has already all dissolved and I look like I never had anything done. To top it off, you have a huge credit card bill and your husband wants to know why you paid all this money for no results. read more

I called before my appointment to make sure they gave me botox as I had a severe allergic reaction to Dysport in the past. I got there and before the lady who does injections (blonde lady) even said hi, she was filling up Dysport. I saw that and told her Ive had a bad reaction in the past. She proceeded to tell me its all the same and asked me a bunch of questions about my reaction. I was getting the vibe that she wanted to make sure it wasnt severe enough to serve me the Dysport. When I checked out, the receptionist told me I got Dysport. I was upset but came to the terms of whats done is done walked out. Kinda scary that I now have to wait for what may be a severe allergic reaction in the next couple of days, I will never go back there again. Also, they were extremely rushed. I was in there for a total of three minutes. Ive had botox severeal times in the past and this lady deserves a spot in the guinness book of world records for fastest time spent in a medical room. Update: After 7 weeks of having a Juvashape treatment at this spa my thighs are totally ruined. They are completely asymmetrical with severe deformities on the back and side areas, large dimples, and deep skin depressions. In addition, the amount of cellulite has increased 100 times more than prior the procedure. The bottom of my buttocks is saggy, deformed, deflated, and full of deep dimples. The staff who provided the treatment, "Lori", is (or at least was at that moment) the office manager and does not have any medical accreditation or certification to provide a procedure of this magnitude . She applied the device on the bottom of my buttocks when I expressly requested not to do it. She did it without my consent. The owner of the spa, a physician assistant called Janet, knew all the situation and never cared about it. Zero empathy for a client who she knew was injured at her spa. Really the coldest spa owner and health provider that I have ever met. The spa has a "non refundable policy"; meaning that no matter how bad they injure your body, they will not refund your money. I have consulted 2 top Board Certified Plastic Surgeons and both have confirmed the damage. Fixing the severe fat loss and deformities in my legs and buttstocks that this treatment caused will cost me over $6,000; however, it will not revert the horrible cellulite in the areas affected. This spa was located in Winter Park area before and has only 2.5 stars reviews at Yelp. I wish I had seen those reviews before. This has been the most painful experience of my life and it gets worse every day. I deeply regret of letting these people "to sell" me this dangerous treatment and allowing them to ruin my body and my life. Do I even have to give this place one star? I went for first lip filler treatment with Janet and my lips look exactly the same. First I waited an hour to be seen, then i was forgotten about when placed into a room. Finally the nurse came into the room when i had to walk to the front to remind them i was even in the room. She then moved me to another room. What a disaster from the very start. I specifically told the nurse i wanted the special for a full syringe for $525 and somehow i ended up paying $750 for absolutely nothing. My lips are not even swollen and i have two busted blood vessels that are huge in purple from Janets lack of skill. I never asked for the most expensive filler, i asked for the special and Janet NEVER discussed prices with me. So make sure you clarify with her before letting her put anything in your lips. Actually just don't even go to Spa Blue! Fast forward one month, i went to a new place to get balls of filler dissolved in my lips because they were causing me so much pain.
