John's Glass had done some work for us in the past, so we called them. Julio came out, took measurement , gave us a price, and left. The next thing I know, he shows up with an exact match window and installs it, which was well covered by insurance. We had our house built five years ago. The sliding door never worked right. So, I asked Julio to look at it. He said he didn't know what was wrong with it, but he could come, tear it apart and try to fix it. Minimum charge was $150. Well, $150 was a lot cheaper than a new door. So, we had him come back. Within 15 minutes, he located and fixed the problem, and he gave us a few cleaning hints. The first time we used the door, we almost threw it out the other side of the wall. OMG! A door that actually works. The cheapest $150 we ever spent! Julio is on speed dial. He told us the specifics of what to order. We ordered a new sink and let him know we were ready to get it installed. He gave us a Yuma and date he would be here-and never showed up again! Terrible business and terrible communication. If their plumbing work is anything like their punctuality-you are wasting your time and your money.

He laughed and made me feel at ease and just retreated for urine and cleaned it right there. The best part of using this company was the carpets looked like a fresh new version of the carpet that we started with. When we moved in, remember I said the carpets had a horrible smell in the house (part one of my review)? NOT THIS TIME. I was so not a believer that his method would eliminate the smell. I was sure we were going to have to remove these bedroom carpets and start with new carpets. NOPE. They look amazing. I am so impressed. Now the price. .....so many people call for prices and when they hear the price, they are scared away. I guarantee you that the price is more than the fliers you receive in the mail for $120 whole house but you get what you pay for. I prefer, sanitized carpets, with no residual smell when the carpet guy leaves. There were stains in the carpet that were not defined ones but just an overall dirty look in certain areas of these lightly colored bedroom carpets. NO MORE and the carpets are all one color and bright. How is this possible? I am not sure but the proof is before my eyes. This service not disappoint and I will always use Chris with Chem Dry Yuma.
