Their work seems to be subpar with typos and incorrect dates. They can't find documents that they've created and call you to get copies of them from you. They put delays on closing property because of stuff they seemingly didn't do and they don't tell you until literally a couple hours before the closing. And when you try to find out what's going on in the information, you leave several messages and no one calls you back.

The seller requested that we have a real estate attorney do the legal part so they know it is done properly. I looked up several and called a few. I choose Mr. Neill because of two reasons, 1. He was close to where I lived and 2. He was a cash (check) only attorney. He doesn't deal with bank loans and so on so this worked for us. He had no reviews online or Yelp so I was venturing out and I'm glad I did. I had recently set up to have the land surveyed and stopped in without an appointment to speak to Mr. Neill. He informed me of what to do next and what needed to be accomplished before he really became involved. It was most helpful and I am grateful he took the time to help me. A couple weeks later, I stopped in again to find out there was a couple steps and when those were complete he could set up appointments for the closings. When it was completed, I reached back out to Mr. Neill and it wasn't convenient timing for him, he set up appointments for us around our schedules and we got the closing done. I can't speak towards his other specialties but his a great help and very professional for our needs. I will definitely use him again if I need an attorney.
