I have been struggling with anxiety my whole life and as a teenager, had a severe eating disorder. After exhausting all other treatments, therapy, mediation, exercise, I was ready to try anti-depressants. Naidu hardly even looked me in the eye, showed zero empathy to my situation and had the nerve to tell me my situation was potentially hormonal. Thank you for being the most stereotypical male doctor I've ever come into contact with... I'm surprised he didn't ask if I was on my period while he was at it. I told him I'm a highly educated, competent woman, and am advocating for myself. That I deserve to be treated and hear my options. He proceeds to tell me that if I'm having suicidal tendencies, to go to a hospital (the psych ward) for treatment. I said that is not where I'm at, but simply want the care I need and to ensure I am working the system to the best of my abilities while maintaining his code of ethics of course. He prints off a blood sheet test and sends me on my way to get hormone testing.. This man lacks any emotional intelligence skills and clearly only cares about getting his patients out of his room as quickly as possible. The worst care, the worst empathy, the worst experience I have ever had with a doctor.

I felt like not only did they do an amazing job with my checks (PAP, Breast Exam and IUD removal) but they do their best to impart knowledge as to the process, and what you can expect after procedures. Dr Wong, the clinic owner is incredible, I will definitely go back. I only wish more doctors took this patient-forward approach. Many times at other clinics, I've felt like a number on a production line, I felt like as soon as the doctor walks into a consult they are already trying to get rid of you. But the clinic has 2 problems. Says it's a Walk In but they do everything in their power not to let you walk in. I don't mind waiting, I inderstand they're busy and I need to wait when I walk in. But sometimes unforeseen health issues can happen over night or the day before and you need a walk in. The second problem is one of the receptionists. Bad attitude, you always feel like you're a nuisance she can't wait to get rid of. Very cold and detached, borderline rude. Once she made me state outloud I had a UTI infront of a patient.. She kept asking me to say it louder .Has zero sensibility. She has nothing to do in the healthcare business. I have been going to the clinic since I was 9 and for 30 yrs every time I got sick or diagnosed they always made sure i got the best medical treatment that I need. Dr DeWaal is an amazing doctor. He has helped me out with proper diagnosis and found the best doctors to help me get pregnant with my son after so long of not able to conceive my son. Went for knee pain, he…read morebasically convinced me to NOT ask for an MRI, several months later go in for same problem and he reads from HIS notes that I REFUSED an MRI. Claim ends up thru WCB, after literally months of back and forth trying to get them to simply give the file to WCB I find out that in my file he had written down the wrong knee having issues! Apparently they can't accept email, everything has to be by fax?! They said they never got faxes, never got letters, even after I could confirm that they did. Go get the MRI, I call them a week later to ask if they got it... they tell me no, but the doctor will call me right after they get it... the next day WCB calls they got it on the Friday before and have already had a doctor write a report. I give Excel 3 more days, I call and they lie to me saying they only got the MRI yesterday! Doctor still hasn't called. It's not just a single doctor, it seems they have their front staff lying to clients and very hard to work with. I emailed them asking if they would take a complaint before I posted this.... they haven't bother to respond.

Can't recommend at all…read more I made an appointment to have a back injury examined. I arrived early, yet waited an hour AFTER my scheduled appointment time had passed before my name was called. Then I'm taken back to one of the patients' rooms and have to wait another 30 minutes before the dr. comes in. After explaining my issue and history with back problems, and how I've never had any sort of scan performed to get a deeper understanding of what might be the cause, I'm told to take muscle relaxants, watch physio videos on YouTube, and wait to see what happens. Wow, I should've been a doctor... Even after confirming my name when he walked in, the dr mistakenly pulls up another patient's information on his computer and is glancing at that throughout the visit, mentioning how I've been on another medication previously for pain (which is not correct because he's not looking at my file). All this is realized as I'm walking to the pharmacy afterwards however, as I was ultimately handed a prescription with someone else's name and insurance info on it. So, I've just been told about another patient's personal medical history with pain meds and have the ability to use his name and insurance to get a prescription... By this point the dr had already began assisting another patient, so I'm told by staff to wait AGAIN until he's finished so the prescription can be corrected!! Brilliant. Decided I had enough of my time wasted and walked out. Stunned by the mismanagement and inefficiency of this clinic.
