Stephanie did so much for my husband and me! A friend recommended that we transfer to Fairway after learning our closing costs were going to be $12K with Veterans United. We were told Stephanie could help us save a TON of money, and she did exactly that. When our loan had to be updated after our appraisal was done, Stephanie helped us cut our closing costs again. She answered all of our questions and helped ease our first-time-home-buyers' anxiety in every way! She even pushed for our house to close much earlier than anticipated so my husband could experience the signing and get the keys before he had to leave for Army training. Stephanie is an excellent example of superior customer service! Everyone else we worked with at Fairway was incredibly kind and helpful, as well. My car actually ended up having trouble in their parking lot the day that we signed on our house, and one of the gentlemen who works at Fairway kindly came out and helped me get it running again! Terrible. I have been apart of 3 transactions with Fairway in general and with this branch most recently. All 3 have been absolute dumpster fires. Whatever their process is to get loan documents out to escrow is broken. All three loans have taken DAYS to get loan docs to escrow. In this specific instance, the original LO Mandi Atkins literally DISAPPEARED in the middle of the transaction. POOF! Gone. Never to be heard from again...in the middle of the loan! The file was escalated to Scott, manager, in hopes of better service.....WRONG! Scott, along with Mandi, would not communicate with anyone involved in the transaction...even the buyer who is their client! Their delays caused an extension to not one but two transactions. Do not use these people if you want professionalism and communication. Stay very far away. read more
