Dealing with them during the move out has been a complete nightmare. They are unprofessional, and really only care about making money and their bottom line. I am being charged for a scratch on an outdated vinyl kitchen floor as a "rip" and made to replace the entire floor. The communications I have had have been unprofessional, rude, and non helpful. I am only being communicated with via text and have had to seek legal counsel due to how awful of a move out process this has become. Their rental was all I could afford and it was a complete crap hole. Totally run down, cabinets that don't close, rusted sinks, stained carpets, bad electrical work, you name it. Just stay away and avoid the heartache.
