Employees are always helpful and available. The store is always clean, neat, and organized. One of the many reasons I go to the store vs online shopping is to view specialty items for gifts. Also, the games department is my go-to for Christmas secret Santa gifts. I also shop the sale sections to pick up great bargains and tuck them away for birthdays so I don't have to do last minute shopping. My latest visit started in the coffee shop where a delightful young woman, Laken, waited on me. She was very helpful and friendly. I could go on and on, but this Barnes & Noble store gets a 10 out of 10 in my book every visit.
