This was the first record shop I've ever visited that had my contemporary jams on vinyl at the ready & I was just in hog heaven!! I'm new at the record game, having recently been feeling my experience of an album isn't full without the beautiful album art which is such a special part of the story that is only a tiny thumbnail when I listen on Spotify, so I now feel compelled to hold the album & really vibe with it! So anyway most record shops have amazing collections of older records, which makes sense because that's the way music was done back in the day, but I'm more of a modern woman at the moment wanting to slap my indie beats, so I'm so grateful for what Revolver Records is offering! They did have older records too, all in pristine condition! Really beautiful selection. Other notes: Connected to bar Magnolia & coffee shop Jitterbug that will be opening in 2-3 weeks. Got to have a taste of the craft beer being offered with the super nice owners. Other vendors showcase crafts or unique, hard-to-find items. Hours are limited with the place closing relatively early. The folks working here are always very pleasant and helpful.
