It's easy to drive up, start sorting recyclables, and then drive off. I appreciate all the work people do here at the facility to stay organized and keep the property clean. It can get busy on Saturdays but the week is very efficient. This is great service to the community and awesome service for residents in Fulton County. Some of the clothing and home goods looked kind of ratty but there were some good rather new items too. They do have 50% colored tags for the week so the item might be even cheaper! The home goods section also arranged items by colors which I thought was very fun. I don't see that in a lot of thrift stores. A loveseat couch was like $25 or $35 which was pretty crazy! I also picked up a Frye carrying case for $3 and it was new with tags!

The layout is fun and the park itself is beautiful, especially in the winter when the leaves are thin and you can actually see the baskets through the trees. That said, the course could really benefit from clearer signage. Several pads weren't well marked, and we even had to skip a hole because we couldn't figure out where it started or ended. Since we only had time to play about half the course, we found ourselves spending more minutes navigating than throwing. I can't imagine how tough it must be in the summer when everything is fully leafed out -- it's probably like searching for a needle in a haystack. Still, it's a solid course in a great park, and with better markings it could easily be a five‑star experience.

I had no idea this was an annual thing and am happy that the city of Dunwoody does this and am definitely looking forward to next year's lights. While there were a ton of people, there was plenty of parking and I appreciated that there was an officer there to keep the flow of cars moving along. The park itself had several playgrounds and I loved they were padded. The kids had a blast on slides, swings and running around in the wide open space. The bathrooms were clean which always makes things even better. The kids had a blast playing with all the other kids and this is definitely a playground I'd come back to visit.

Meals and most items in the house are donated. Families stay here for free (or a minimal donation) while their child is at one of the nearby hospitals. Everyone that works here is positive and helpful. I volunteer at the front desk, and the amount of love that I see flowing through this building is amazing. Great things can happen when people work together.
