Despite seeking treatment for injuries sustained in an accident, I have been subjected to coercion, intimidation, and harassment by this office in relentless pursuit of payment, even before my case has been resolved. I arrived at my scheduled appointment time, spent about 5-10 minutes filling out some forms, was escorted to the patient room and Dr. Thepotte saw me immediately. He examined my back and asked all the right questions about my back, mental state, diet, existing conditions, etc. We then proceeded to get several x-rays of my spine and then I was escorted to have an electrode (tens) therapy session, then to a special back chair which kneads out tight muscles and knots in the back. That chair was amazing but is not for the faint of heart. It's incredibly strong. After my therapy sessions we discussed my x-rays and then he performed some chiropractic procedures. He popped my neck and immediately removed 2 knots in my neck. It was very simple and not painful at all. Afterwards he located the knots in the middle of back and used the retractor bed to stretch my spine which worked really well. I'll be going back next week for regular therapy sessions and using exercise equipment to hopefully improve my balance and strength. I'm super happy I found this place. The staff are incredibly nice and Dr.Thepotte is a fantastic physician with wonderful bedside manner. He's like a friend and even offered to get me some ginger at the store to help me with digestive problems. Who does that?

From the moment I walked in, the front desk immediately pushed $60-$80 worth of add-ons before I even got into the room. I declined multiple times, but the pressure continued -- even as I was trying to settle in. It felt like they cared more about my money than trying to make me feel comfortable and better! After sharing that I didn't want my arms or legs touched and only wanted my neck shoulders and back to be worked on she told me there would be a $10 upcharge due to their "policy." I agreed, but what followed didn't reflect any professionalism or care. The technique was disjointed, repetitive, and lacked any sense of body awareness. It jumped from overly soft touch to sudden, jarring pressure with no rhythm or transition. It felt like the therapist was just going through motions without any intention or responsiveness. If you have PTSD, physical trauma, or specific boundaries, I strongly urge you to avoid this place. My body was tense the entire session once she crossed boundaries. I disassociated so quick, and she was so unaware. The therapist ignored nonverbal cues, continued working in areas I told her I didn't want worked on, and at one point used hot stones (which I didn't request) in ways that felt invasive and deeply inappropriate. I was completely dissociated by the end of it -- emotionally overwhelmed and retraumatized. On top of that, the therapist left the room multiple times, reducing actual massage time. When the session ended and I went to pay, I had already signed the receipt -- but she pointed to the tip line and said, "Tip? I worked so hard." Caught off guard, I left a very small tip just to get out of the situation, even though I felt completely disregarded throughout the session. Afterward, I sat in my car crying for nearly an hour, trying to calm down. This wasn't just a disappointing experience -- it was an upsetting one. There is no trauma-informed care, no real respect for client boundaries, and no understanding of how to provide a safe, therapeutic massage. If you're looking for professionalism, safety, and actual healing -- this is not the place to go.
