Made a couple of mid-sized purchases for Christmas gifts, including an upland bird vest which (unfortunately) arrived missing parts. My husband contacted the store immediately, they indicated no more in stock, but assured him that although they weren't restocking that item, they'd reach out to the manufacturer to replace the one we'd been sold. The return label was sent immediately. 7 weeks later, no update on the product and when I called, I was told "We won't order that again until the fall." Never mind we paid for the item in December and weren't refunded the money because it was supposed to be exchanged; never mind that I had to call to find out this disappointing information because they weren't going to update me of their own initiative; never mind that they're surely due a replacement from their vendor who sent an item without all its parts. The manager basically washed her hands of me, saying that they don't order single items, and making it clear that she didn't care that she'd let me down. Refund was issued promptly (after 7 weeks) and I won't do business with them again. Find a small business that values its clientele -- Kevin's isn't it. Coincidentally, I can buy the vest directly from the manufacturer, who is literally 2 hours up the road from Kevin's HQ, through their website and cut the middle man out altogether.

I went in to buy a pair of briar pants, and after looking for a pair of women's pants that would fit, realized the youth size actually fit better. First, the lady working did not offer to help me even though my father and I were the ONLY people in the store. Then, she tried to charge me the adult price ($95) rather than the youth price ($60). I explained, again, that these were youth pants and also showed her that the adult size was on sale online ($15 less) and she said, "oh, you're right" and then tried to charge me the sale adult price ($80). I reiterated to her that I was buying the youth size, not the adult, so she rang me up for $69.99. Still confused, I told her the sign advertised the youth pants as $60. She said that with the new year, they increased prices but did not yet get the chance to change the sign. So, she REFUSED to honor the sign. All the while, Mr. Stafford himself is standing nearby listening to the whole conversation and doesn't say a word. I've never had such terrible service in Thomasville. Now I understand why Kevin's is always crowded and Stafford's is always empty. Kevin's doesn't carry briar pants but Thomasville Hardware (Jackson St.) has them and I promise it will be a more pleasant experience.

Huge space to hang with friends inside as well as a great outdoor area that would be perfect place to hang on nice nights. We tried the chips and queso, pork belly taco, beef taco and the beef empanada. Everything was super fresh and delicious. The pork belly had a nice subtle smokiness to it. The beef taco had the perfect amount of background spice. And the empanada dough was flaky and crisp. Add to it friendly owners and this family run business should be on anyone's list to visit!

When we went to ask what was up we received no apology from the owner/chef. A simple "sorry for the long wait" would have made a difference but they couldn't bring themselves to offer it.
