Okay. So I don't live in Georgia. I don't even live close to Georgia. But I'm going to tell you…read morethat this is one of the best yarn stores I have ever encountered. I'm not even sure how I found The Fuzzy Goat, a Facebook ad maybe, but I'm so glad that I did. They have a beautiful selection of yarn, especially featuring indie dyers, and a great selection of accessories and bags. Every time I look at their website, I find something else that I "need"! My favorite item is the "Box of Goats". It is a box of 31 surprises, one item to open for each day in December. It includes little skeins of yarn and a pattern to work on. Last year, I had so much fun opening up each gift. Besides the yarn, there were cute accessories, sweet treats, and a yummy recipe. And it showcased local shops in the area, which I thought was pretty cool. They also have a great Facebook page that highlights their store and a Facebook group where knitters and crocheters can chat about their different Fuzzy Goat projects. Their social media is on point and really gives you an idea of what it's like to be there in the shop! Check out The Fuzzy Goat, you won't be disappointed. Hopefully one day, I'll get out to Georgia and visit in person. For now, I'll be content to check out the website each week.

"Customer Service skills needed" I was disappointed with the…read moreservice I received on 12/1/25. I went into the local store to pickup labels that were paid for online. As, I approach the counter...(Edwin) proceed to help. In the meantime a previous customer returned. He asked this customer what did he need and left me standing there. No customer service skills at all. After, waiting 5-7 mins on the previous client...he asked me what the name was again. I proceed to give him the information again. During this time a second customer comes in and states( I'm in a hurry can I just pick up my Christmas cards) and Guess what? Edwin walks away for the second time. Bad customer service skills. This is why I travel for my service. We need to think about others when working in the PUBLIC. This place needs customer service training ASAP!!!!

"Disappointment Depot" Have visited in the past, but nothing…read morehas stood out as anything but less than average place (would be getting 3 stars as average). This past Saturday, all I wanted to do was print out a couple of resumes . . . had to wait awhile at the register (no real line) to get noticed . . . manager was working on pricing, but seemed more concerned about leaving for the day than helping--she was right next to me but didn't acknowledge me at all. Two ladies at the copier area where I was waiting were lackadaisical and finally had me trying to pull up Google Drive on their computer. After the website spun for quite some time, and my husband emailed my resume, they mentioned that the server may be down. We tried a couple more times to get connection with no avail. The lack of care was palatable and my husband was pacing back and forth as it shouldn't have taken as long (this was our first stop) to print out a couple of resumes. Management should have been more proactive on the fact that the server was down or some kind of communication that it may take a (real long) while. Finally I determined that going to the local library may be the better option on a weekday.
