Since having to switch a couple years ago, nobody in the store knows people by name-or cares to. There is one tech I've dealt with who is very competent and seems to care, his name is Peter. I'm sure he'll be gone soon lol. CVS never tries to find a better price for prescriptions for their people, and if you find one on your own it's a whole big thing. You have to wait twenty minutes for them to re-process the entire prescription. This is a HUGE conglomerate, how is it possible that a prescription here costs me $89, yet at Hannaford the same drug is $5? CVS definitely has more spending power than Hannaford, so the only explanation is that they are hoping you won't check. It's truly disgusting. Today I sat on the phone on hold for 45 minutes to ask why my prescription for a pain medication for a compressed disk in my back & frozen shoulders has been processing for 3 DAYS! The tech who finally answered the phone told me they were just a couple days behind filling peoples prescriptions. On what planet is that ok? It's like "oh, you're in terrible pain? Meh, we'll get around to it in a couple days." The CVS website says: "Putting people first-We are customer obsessed. We walk in others' shoes to improve the customer and colleague experience. We create an engaging and inclusive work environment where our colleagues reflect the diversity of our customers." The night before, I was told to return in the morning for my prescription. When I checked the following day and saw it wasn't being prepared, I submitted a request. Hours passed, so I messaged CVS, emphasizing the urgency as I needed the medication before traveling. Still no progress. Finally, I went in person. I arrived 10 minutes before lunch and was told I'd need to wait until after. Annoying, but OK--I waited. Nearly immediately, I got a text saying it was ready. When the pharmacy reopened (5 minutes late), Kevin rudely told me, "We just got back from lunch; give us 20 minutes," and slammed the window before I could respond. When he finally reopened the window, I asked if it could be expedited, given my circumstances. His response? "It'll be 30 minutes," delivered condescendingly before slamming the window again. I was stuck, needing the medication, and had no choice but to tolerate his dismissive behavior. For that, one star.

I usually don't have a long wait line and when I do I can just do a little shopping come back but what I wanted to say about yesterday was they texted me that my prescription was ready so I went down to get my prescription and while I was there the lady behind the register at the pharmacy told me the pharmacist wanted to talk to me. I'm an older lady and I have COPD so I was picking up prescription for trilogy so when I went over to get my prescription and go to talk to the pharmacist he told me that there is a new pneumonia shot out that he suggested and recommended that I have I have had all my shots there so they have my records and they know me there but this pharmacist was kind of new and he told me he had no appointments right now and if I wanted to do it now I could. So my point is what are the pharmacy would do that I don't know of any and I've been to quite a few that were pretty awful and didn't give two craps about you... And it's not only him there all the people there are very nice and they treat you well and I will continue to go to this pharmacist as long as I able to. So I highly recommend this pharmacist and pharmacy and Walmart I've never had an issue there.
