This one turned out okay but my mother-in-law ordered a large pink floral on an easel, it never showed up till 4 hours after the funeral. They made a pretty one but much smaller than she ordered. Also, a 3rd one by friends had been ordered, which basically the one they hurried up and made. Very disorganized and then they said they never received an order from MIL but charges were in her card. What an incredible job on my wedding bouquet ! I sent a photo of what I wanted. They were able to get everything but the orange Cali Lilies I had requested. They put a maroon Cali lilies instead. When I got our sneek peek of photos I was impressed with how all the flowers matched our wedding clothes so perfectly. Great job. Awesome florist. Oh man, I have used these guys before and been pleased but today I sent flowers to my mom for her birthday and picked a lovely bouquet worth $60.00. Not including the delivery fee. They delivered something COMPLETEY different and maybe worth $15.00! You can find prettier flowers at Walmart! I should have read the reviews first, others have mentioned the same issue and I just didn't see the reviews first. I'll post pictures if I can of what they sent and what I purchased. She called seven people, asking who sent flowers. She finally text me. They apparently left the delivery instructions but no card. Our daughter recently bought my wife a rose for Mother's Day and had it delivered. The rose was almost completely spent when it arrived. Within 24 hours the petals were already falling off without even being touched. And worse than that, they entered our home in our absence to make the delivery. When we complained to them about the unauthorized entry, they told us that if we didn't want them to enter our home when we are away it was our responsibility to call them and tell them not to enter without us being home. We didn't even know we were going to get a delivery. How were we supposed to know? They have lost our business. read more

I found a bouquet that I really liked on the Rexburg Floral site, but I was concerned about their rating on Yelp. I called and spoke directly to the owner, who assured me that Rexburg Floral has been in business for years, is a top-rated florist in Rexburg, and that I would receive excellent service. He took my order himself. My sister received a beautiful bouquet on her special day, and the flowers lasted for weeks. (And, yes, the card was correct, unlike what was claimed on the other Yelp reviews.) I was very impressed and will order from Rexburg Floral again! read more

I placed an internet order, allowing 24 hours notice. The owner calls me with a message that the "system" went down so they could not place the order and he called an hour before closing shop at 12:30 [in the afternoon on a Saturday (?)], just as he was leaving. I got the message an hour later, after the shop was closed for the day (?) Told me could send the arrangement on Monday, two days after her birthday. I was counting on those flowers. It was my daughter's first birthday away from here. I'm not sure what happened with the system, and admittedly I should have placed the order sooner. Horrible service. Not only do they not deliver what you order online but they didn't even put the right name on the card. I ordered a bouquet (best seller) from their site for my sister's birthday. She was sent something completely different and much cheaper looking. I called the store to find out what the deal was and was told they could give me a refund after retrieving the flowers. Um... rude. What company in their right mind delivers flowers and goes back when THEY screw up to take the flowers back? Save your money and go elsewhere. read more

this is the second bouquet that arrived looking beautiful, but by morning the hydrangeas were drooping....pretty sad since it arrived late afternoon on Saturday and dead by 6:30 A.M. Sunday...at which time I drained the water and refilled the vase, by Sunday night two roses were drooping too, and the hydrangeas were beyond droop...now if this was the first offense I would call, return, something....but I did all of that last time this happened, I was promised that my son would be have his card credited for the amount....NEVER HAPPENED! I was told the roses were old, and they used them anyway because that was all they had in at the time. If you live here & you can go in to choose your flowers this might be ok...the arrangement would have been beautiful if it had lasted....I feel the flowers should last at least 5 days not five hours... read more
