We were forced to reorder and were given a date of 10/21/24, leaving us in a mess for a month. This morning our doorbell rang and it was the owners of Christie's Kitchen and Bath. They inquired if we were in the process of remodeling. I replied we were and they said they had a cabinet that had been delivered to them by mistake. It was our missing cabinet. Now it can be installed timely by our carpenter. Kudos to Christie's Kitchen & Bath for coming out DURING this hurricane to hand deliver our missing cabinet. If they would do this which gains them nothing, think how they would be handling your remodeling. They are a class act and if we do more remodeling, I would definitely give them a call. At 4:30 I texted Allison to see if they were coming. She immediately called me and explained that "time had gotten away from them because their A/C went out!" So we agreed that we would reschedule for Saturday July 31st. Again, - no show by Chris or Allison. No phone calls or texts from them either. Being an engineer in the construction business myself; I recognize the importance of communication, thoroughness, client relations. Each one of these areas was ignored by Allison and Chris. This in of itself, warrants concern of how well a project would be completed by them (if it got completed)?!?! To emphasize - they never called or texted back. My wife and I gave up our plans for the 2nd Saturday in a row in an effort to meet them. The lack of consideration was/is extremely disappointing. My suggestion to improve their customer relations: Hire a "planner/receptionist".

There was overspray and large dried paint stains everywhere. We called Brian to ask what we could use to clean up this mess. He went out of his way to call the supplier and find out exactly what we could use and how to use it.
