I've had the sprinklers for about a month now, they work great and the guys did a great job mapping out the sprinklers so all the areas of the yard get watered properly. Sprinklers can be managed on your phone- unfortunately our WiFi wasn't connecting but I use it manually and it's easy o manage and works just fine. I highly recommend using them if you're looking to add sprinklers. The guys mentioned that they'll come back to service the sprinklers in the fall and spring- so if you need someone for that then deff give them a call.

Ammo Irrigation is EXCEPTIONAL! They blow out our sprinklers every Fall and and have done repairs for us on numerous occasions as well. A few years ago, they repaired a broken pipe when our electrical contractor accidentally hit it, they have also replaced numerous heads for us over the years, and set back pipes as our landscaping has changed/grown over the heads. Most recently (today), they did a repair on our system which was damaged when the guy putting the for sale sign on our lawn (we are selling our house) hit the sprinklers. They were here, in the rain, but still got the job done without a single complaint. Thank you Dan and Omar!:) They are always happy to go over the job, in detail, before they start to make sure you understand and agree with all of the work being done. And, they give you a price BEFORE they do the work. There are never any surprises. We will continue to use Ammo to service the sprinklers at our new home. Their staff is friendly, knowledgeable, experienced, and professional. Their receptionist always returns calls promptly and is an absolute sweetheart. Their prices are fair and they get the job done right every time. If they say you need the work done, you need the work done. They don't try to push things if they are not necessary just to inflate your bill. If you need a new sprinkler system, a repair, to have your sprinklers turned on in the Spring, or blown out in the Fall, look no further. These guys are the BEST, hands down.

But unfortunately I never got the estimate this owner claims. I did actually call and I was told "we're working on it and will have the estimate to you within the next week" - this was 2 weeks after the estimate was supposed to be emailed to me. Fortunately I did find wonderful contractors who did actually come to my house twice, once for the initial consultation and once more to double check the ascetics before finalizing the estimate- this other company I ended up hiring and was very happy. The job was $47,000 and this other company did a beautiful job.

We have very successfully hired All Wright for a number of jobs and were very happy with them…read more They were expensive, but we understand that electricians are highly trained and must be compensated for their expertise. More recently, a track lighting fixture very high up on a cathedral ceiling stopped working, We made an appointment for All Wright to come to fix this. We told them that the fixture was very high up and suggested that they bring an extra long ladder. We were told that one of their technicians would be in our area the next day and would stop by. He said that they fixture was not the problem but that it was a problem with the switch on the wall. When the second technician came, he failed to bring the correct switch and told us to call the office to arrange a follow up appointment. The third guy arrived with the wrong switch but was able to run to our near-by hardward store and buy the correct switch. Imagine our surprise when All Wright charged us for this visit. We ended up paying almost $600 to replace a switch.

They wouldn't install new electric fans/heaters in early December and made us wait until mid-January. Once installed, the fans were extremely noisy like an airplane engine! When I asked about this, I was told that it was how those fans are. (In fact, I have others that are much quieter.) Then they installed a new electrical panel, refused to close up the holes they made in our wall, left wires exposed and refused to label the circuit breakers. Not a good experience!!

Walking away shaking their head. Asking Me to have Ocean electric call them! I told them, they won't even call me! I'd look for another Company on Long Island to do anything of significance. Communication is key when having a job done and this company lacks it. Your never too big to treat your customers right Ocean.
