Inspector Gadget accepted my new battery and replaced it also replaced my screen that was required because I broke a cable trying to install my new battery for only $60 all included. They returned it to me in the mail for the total cost of $66. They were so nice on the phone and so accommodating I could not believe the fast turnaround they received it on Tuesday and I received my new furbished phone on Friday. Originally I thought there would be a catch they come up with a free estimate and will find anything to say that there are termites on property but that was not the case," the guy was so honest and sincere about the property and he told me flat out, no termites no issues however he did offer me his services for future prevention, in which, I will consider since this is a great company! Unfortunately I didn't catch the gentleman's name, I believe it was James who came out, but on the business card that he left, it says Ben Powers. For the community and for all consumers, this is a great company and I highly recommend them to everyone, it feels good to have a sincere company go out there and give you honest feedback and because of that I have my future business moving forward on a continuous basis, great job guys!
