So, wait all day :( Appliance Pro having charged me over 350 to fix my washer and when it did not work after waiting for 2 weeks for the guy to come back with the part they wanted more money than the cost of a new machine to continue to repair. When I told them, I should probably just get a new one and asked if they could credit the part back not any of the labor since it had not been used. They said, no. So, I paid them and still had to purchase a new washer.

Thankfully, we have Siemers Glass. First, a service technician came to our house to take measurements. After measurements were taken, I was given a choice of replacement glass to meet our needs and budget. It was estimated to take about 5 weeks before the glass was delivered but it was delivered in less time and for a good price. The office staff were friendly, the technicians were friendly and they installed the glass and repaired the door in less than an hour.
