After a month…read moreof unanswered phone calls, one short meeting for action to be taken from, and then no real communication or deliverable, I find the firm to be dismissive, does not take into acount the clients considerations. After 4-months of non-cummunication and then finding out that they were either droped or left the MetLife system with no communication to the client, I would not recomend this firm for anyone who needs to get anything completed.
