Then the mechanic advised us to order our own parts and bring them in at our appointment because it would be a lot cheaper than if they were to order them. So we ordered the parts and brought them into our appointment yesterday which was supposed to be at 10 AM. When we dropped off the car, we told the manager (Taylor) that the parts were in the trunk and she said the car would be ready by that evening. That evening, we were advised that the car had not even been touched yet. The next day we called around noon to check the status of the car and we were told it was up on the lift being repaired and it would be ready by this evening. About an hour later, my husband receives a call saying that they refuse to fix it because they don't allow outside parts to be used and they need to do the ordering on the parts. Here we are scratching our heads because they were the ones who advised us to order the parts, the manager was the one who accepted the vehicle with the parts in the trunk, and it was also the manager who had told us that The car was already on the lift an hour ago being fixed, which turned out to totally be a lie. We then attempted to call the store two times to speak to the manager to see what the heck was actually going on to which we were told both times she was in a meeting and she would call us back. At this point, I am livid so I call corporate to which I explained the situation and they attempt to call the manager and she answers right away. Turns out she was never actually in a meeting and just did not want to take our call. This manager, Taylor, tells the lady at corporate that the reason they were unable to fix our car was because we needed another part. This was never told to us. We were just told that they refused to fix our vehicle because they no longer allow outside parts to be used. I then was offered a whole $30 to be used towards a future visit, as if I would ever go back to this place again. $30 does not even cover the Uber. My husband had to pay to go back to pick up his vehicle. When he arrived, he asked to see the manager face-to-face and we were told, get this, she was in a MEETING. Run from this place!!!!

Just finding that out cost me over a 100 bucks. Anyways a friend of my wife told her to take it to Victory Lane Auto Service. And, he gave her a phone number. I called and was told the location. Took the car there and dropped it off. They had it all taken care of by the next day and, it was a whole lot cheaper that what Shorkey estimated. In fact I even went to Shorkey's and told them to send all their auto service cars down there to get it done cheaper for them. Yictory Lane Auto Service, you can't beat the care of your vehicle or the price of the care, there. And, they have a friendly staff as well. Take your car problems to them and they will be fixed.
