He did not even call me back to tell me he could not diagnose the issue. I had to call him next day when I never heard back, despite him telling me he'd give me a call with opinion and estimate. I am always deeply suspicious of recommended services that would be add-ons to my bill whenever I go to a repair shops, but everything Autosmith has advised was not only necessary, but repaired inexpensively and efficiently. They certainly guarantee their work, as well. For example, they worked on my husband's Subaru to diagnose a tire system issue, and they had the car in several times at no charge (it turned out multiple sensors were faulty, but it was a difficult repair and they did some of the labor for nothing). Everyone is friendly and helpful. Tanya, at the reception desk, doesn't come in until 10 AM and makes clear that she leaves promptly in the afternoon. That could be an issue for people who work late, so make sure you understand when you're able to pick your car up and when not. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Autosmith.

Thanks to Chris and his staff, we were finally able to get to the bottom of a burning-oil smell in the Chevrolet Sonic that has been a problem for months. Over the past several months, we took the car back to the dealer service center because the car was still at that time under the original warranty and is now under an extended warranty. Every time, the dealer claimed that there was no oil leak. Chris Glance Automotive was able to find and repair the leak that was in fact very real.
