I first had my windows tinted and they turned out great, the application was seamless and you couldn't even tell it was after-market. After taking care of a few more things with the car, I made the decision to have the roof and hood wrapped to cover up some faded paint and pealing clear coat. Drove a little over an hour to get my tints done on Saturday, was originally going to go to a different spot but Rey's tinting has the least amount of negative reviews. I don't mind driving and I didn't mind after either my car looks amazing (will post a picture later). They didn't look at us in any wrong way even when my son kept making the door bell go off by opening and closing it various time... will be coming back in a few months to get a tv installed inside my car as well as pinks wraps on my car and logo. read more

The company and customers claim price is good. In reality it really is not. Depending on your car and tint quality maybe tinting 4 windows would atleast cost like $200. Got mine done here three times. Added tint and then came back to add a second layer and then windshield for third. The second time the whole tint on one of my windows completely scraped off when I rolled down the window a month after having it done. I got it redone for free with a warranty. However, it's just a big waste of time. It'll take hours for them to fix. I understand you can't be perfect but after they redid it, I go to see it. The guy hands me my keys and I can clearly see at least 10 air bubbles. I didn't question it because they would probably say "give it some time it'll go away". I knew it wouldn't I could tell the difference. It's been maybe a year now and still the bubbles are there. How are you gonna hand a customer an unfinished product? I work with customers and would be embarrassed to give someone an unfinished product. Don't waste your time or money here it's just a big hassle. I'm not coming back just to fix the bubbles. Could probably do it myself in a minute but it's okay. Find someone who doesn't work in these shops but rather independently. They will charge probably only $80 for the same thing, but better service, work, and same quality. I wasted my money and time here so hopefully you won't. The even charge something like $100 just to remove tint. They say "it's difficult". What a joke. I can remove it perfectly myself for free within a couple minutes. read more

My first time coming to rey's window tinting was about a year ago when I purchased my 2017 camaro. I got my windows tinted and couldn't have been happier with the result and the price. Today I went in for my second visit and they sure did not disappoint me! They installed some new blacked out tail lights for my camaro which gave it totally new look. Great price ! I had went initially to west coast motors who tried to charge me 300 for a 5 year warranty for my mini SUV . I had went into them for a quote and to get my stereo in a separate car fixed since my buttons had suddenly stopped working. The lady stated she was "giving me a great deal" which I didn't buy. I called around and got an amazing 260$ lifetime quote from Rey's. I brought it in and it was done within a few hours . I was really excited to get the windows tinted on my new car but after the service provided here I am just disappointed. First off the work done on my car was very messy and I say this because I have gotten the windows of previous vehicles tinted at a shop in Manteca and they do a super clean job. ( The only reason I didn't go there is because I thought It would be nice to try a place in Stockton where I live.) And sadly that wasn't really the biggest issue the cut on the window tint was not accurate and at the end of the week after they had done the tint on my windows there were still plenty of noticeable bubbles. I did however go back because they let you know during the week after they have placed the tint they will fix anything you don't like but even so they failed to fix the problem. I would say they do the job but it is not quality work. They did not treat my car as their own and that is my biggest issue because I believe they could've done better. read more

Bad experience with this place. Went there to get my two front windows tinted I specifically told them to match my rear windows tint or something close. Job is done! left the shop and I realize that my two front windows don't even match! Its too dark not even close to my rear windows tint. So I went back and told them to fix it and they charge me again the original price I asked why they charging me again they said for removal and the film I said ok whatever just fix it! So it got dark outside the next morning I checked the tint it's wrong again! This time they put the wrong shading and wrong film my rear are black tint they installed solar film on my two front windows very disappointed! The quality of work is great. Where they lost me is tinting with the correct shade of darkness. I've brought 3 cars in, and 2 of them weren't tinted the way I asked. I'm not an idiot, I know what the differences are between 5%, 30%, etc. I'm not that picky, so the first time it happened I didn't really care, but when I brought my work truck in I wanted 50% all the way around. It's a company vehicle so I gotta keep it light AF. When it was completed the back window was a 5%. My experience with Rey's Window Tinting is that they tint your car whatever they think would look good. I would seriously recommend that you write on your windows with blue tape and specifically call out what % you want at each window, because there's a disconnect between who you talk to in their office, and the person who is actually tinting your windows. read more

If you drop off your vehicle here make sure you take the fuse out of your amp because they have no issues with putting your subs to work the entire time your vehicle is in their possession. if not the businesses and residents are stuck dealing with it. if it's was their own vehicles itd be slightly different, but unfortunately window tinting dont pay enough to afford any halfway decent system.. read more
