Sent a request and within 2 minutes had a message to call them. I called and spoke to someone who basically outsourced my number to someone else. Doesn't matter, my keys were locked in my car and I needed them regardless of who did it. Two guys showed up within half an hour and got my key out of the car for me. $150 though is insane. I've had it done for $75.. Whatever, I needed the service and they were quick and prompt but the price is a bit ridiculous for the amount of work they put in. $150 for what 5 minutes of work?? If you don't care about the price and just want it done then this is the company for you. They both spoke English but chose to speak in their native language around me making me feel a bit uncomfortable. I live in Cutler Bay - coordinated to meet @ house in Pembroke Pines. I was running late, but thankfully they were too - but they kept in constant contact as to their ETA. The job was quite entailed - changing locks for front door & NUMEROUS, old, wrought-iron bar doors. They stayed until quite late in the evening (since I was clearing out an empty house, I appreciated having 'men' around (I am 65/female) while I worked! One door was impossible, so that they came back to finish the next day - on time - bringing their "expert," who handled difficult changes. They were very personable, professional & communicative. The technician did not provide an accurate time of arrival. When I contacted them after the window if time expired I was expecting them in they lied and said they were 10 minutes away. They never bothered to show up or take any of my calls. They made me late for work. Avoid using them. read more

At first I was giving a 1 star review because the guy who showed up was very unprofessional. The owner called me and asked me about my complaint. He was very nice and professional. He returned my money and offered to send someone to open my door. He apologized profusely. I'm not one to hold grudges and I think it was great he called me back and fixed the issue. Configured car keys incorrectly to my car leading to locking the keys inside the car multiple times. Charged me $600 to configure two car keys to my car. They are not the correct key, and the car says system issue every time I turn it on. Before the technician left, I said the car said there is an error, he said he did not know how to fix it and it should shut off itself. It has NOT shut off itself. Additionally, the car originally would not lock if the keys are in the car, because of the poor service, something is wrong with the car and it keeps locking on itself WITH the keys in the car. Told the technician this multiple times and he still needs to fix it: terrible service and 0 integrity in the work they provide. I had lost the key to my car and they said they HAVE to configure two keys to the car. I found the key and asked them to only configure one key to the car for the original $300 which is what they quoted me on the phone, they said they "don't know" how to do a refund and would not provide one. ABSOLUTE SCAM!!!! I used this company to avoid towing my car to the dealership, but at this point, my car would be in working condition and it would have still been cheaper. read more
