Unfortunately the owner of this company wasn't able to do the job on the day we were scheduled due to equipment issues. So that's understandable. A few days later he sent a crew of 2 to clean my roof. The job was done very quickly and not very professionally. The roof was still dirty in spots and was still littered with sticks and leaves. I did pay, and then contacted the owner with pictures of the sub par work. He agreed that the roof didn't look very clean so he would come back to inspect and correct. That was 2 weeks ago and still no word back. At this point I'll just hire someone else to come finish the job. It's too bad because they were friendly people. Do not use RG Roofing! They burn your grass, trees, furniture, stain your street, don't show up or finish the job. We used Ronnie twice, once to clean our roof, patio, and driveway then again to clean, sand and seal our patio to prevent weeds from coming up. The first time his crew burned a large lemon tree because they didn't cover it while doing the chlorine wash on the roof. He apologized and said that he will come out the next time we use them to make sure it's done right. I cannot begin to say how frustrated and disappointed we are with him the second time we used him. First, he didn't tell us to move all our patio furniture further away from the area being worked on so our new acacia furniture and cushions got chlorine splashed on them. He reduced the cost by $100, but nothing is going to remove the bleaching and the cushions can't be replaced so we are really disappointed. He also burned the grass to the point that it's just soil by the pool screen. The reason we had this done was to prevent weeds and they have come back already. When he was here, his truck leaked a large amount of fluid on the street and he said he would come back and clean it because our HOA is strict about this, but he never did. What is most frustrating is that we kept scheduling with him, then he wouldn't respond to me and just not show up (after we gave him $700). He failed to show up twice and we moved all our patio furniture in and out each time (this is no small task with a 24 month old and 3 month old). Since the last time he didn't show up he stopped responding at all and clearly refuses to finish the job. I regret ever working with him. read more
