The technician showed up and after inspection, determined the vent was on the side of the building and not the roof so it would be $143. I approved it and when he was done, he wanted to get paid. I offered Cash app, Zelle or ACH and the technician declined wanting to be paid immediately. The tenant offered to give him a check and I would reimburse. I did not receive an invoice nor did the technician leave an invoice with the tenant. I come to find out he charged him $199 and this was probably due to his lack of speaking English. I called the office which I thought was in Dania, Fl as it's only a few miles away and I was connected to an office in Delray Beach that sent someone down. I called and spoke with an operator who said the manager/owner Elvis assured me he would issue a refund. It's been 3 months since the work was done and multiple calls through an operator "you can't talk to anybody at the actual store". Promised 3 times to send the money which was $55. I got a call from corporate and they told me that he is an independent Franchisee and they have limited control what he does. It seems if you're not a corporate store, the franchisee can do whatever they want with no recourse. I thought I was hiring a reputable company as I like to use larger companies and local ones not in Delray Beach. If I could give them zero stars I would. I would recommend after waiting three months that the owner thinks this will just go away by ignoring payment. I will call anyone else in the future other than Stanley Steamer as I think I've wasted enough time trying to get the small refund. Seriously, choose another company in the future.

I contacted Macio the owner of Bela Vista Contractors and left numerous of messages on his personal cell all which he has ignored , I then contacted Bela Vista Contractors office several times and left 2 messages with employees there which were going to be forwarded to Macio and local office according to them which also were ignored and not answered. I since have tried in many occasions to contact the office and the owner but have been ignored. It's a newly built home and driveway should not have that many issues. I have pictures of when it was freshly done, huge pipes sitting on top of the driveway which may have been the cause of the crack. I have all screenshots of all the calls and messages sent to Macio as well. I did a little more research only to find that Macio the owner of Bela Vista Contractors is also under the builders company Monna homes. They all need to get looked into. Driveway needs to be fixed properly , the excuse "oh we are in Florida" told by builder should not be a valid excuse as my neighbors house driveway was done the same time by the same contractor and its not cracked and older homes in the neighborhood with older driveways are also not cracked. Its sad that some people care more about the quantity of work and not the quality of work. It's said to be ignored when all we want is for them to honor warranty and fix the issues.

I purchased my Trane system in August 2023, and my problems began within the first year…read more Toward the end of 2023, I contacted Air Ref because my home was extremely humid for days at a time, even during the winter. I was told it was my imagination and that perhaps I wasn't feeling well. That was incredibly frustrating and dismissive. Less than a year later, I called again for the same issue--again I was told I was imagining it. Three months later, in the middle of summer, I had no air conditioning. This time there was no denying the problem--it was 88 degrees inside my home. The diagnosis was that the coils needed to be replaced. The stress of waiting to see if Air Ref would cover the labor was immense, but thankfully Trane ultimately picked up the bill. Then, just two months later, the compressor failed. Again, I had to hold my breath to see if Trane would pick up the charge because Air Ref would not. I was so relieved that Trane did. During an unusually cold Florida winter this year, my heat also stopped working. Air Ref was happy to come out and bill me for service. I decided to dress in layers. They would not acknowledge this brand new system that has repeatedly failed. They said, Trane will not do anything else. I am writing this review on a day when it is 92 degrees outside, with a heat index of around 110 degrees, and once again my air conditioner is not working.

Our success is due to our AIRREF Co. customer service rep Mike Beamer who has guided us throughout the process of selecting units and meeting requirements for our condo rooftop installations. I have a small digital thermometer that sits near the western facing kitchen window. At around 3pm this thermometer would read 85 degrees...I would just deal with it....Since his service the thermometer now typically reads 77 degrees! I KID YOU NOT. C was super thorough too. he ensured that every corner was properly insulated...and when he was done insulating he went around the perimeter of the house and filled-in areas that would possibly allow critters to enter. You have to keep in mind, this is a MESSY JOB...But, his crew made sure they cleaned up the area as mush as possible. I am sure I will recuperate my blow-in investment with electricity savings all year. THANK YOU C!!! Do not hesitate to use Attic Doctor. He was our insulation HERO!
