I was assured verbally that this would happen within 2 or 3 days. Almost a month later, these results have not been received. From my perspective, this is a big minus. I believe that the situation is due not to a lack of desire, but a lack of office staff execution and double-checking. The office processes should be improved so that these requests are not only acknowledged, but followed through on.

Overwhelmed and impressed with how detail oriented and methodical Dr Hurst is. He doesn't miss a beat on anything. Other doctors don't spend enough time to find the root cause for ailments and just want large numbers of patients. Dr Hurst is the opposite, he doesn't rush and is very prompt and direct when he spends time with you. So glad I found him and highly recommend others to him, I never knew what a 'Physiatrist' was until I looked it up is a medical doctor who has completed training in the medical specialty of physical medicine and rehabilitation (PM&R).

He didn't answer any of my questions or even acknowledge my comments about previous injuries to my lower back. He asked me if I had drop foot, I said no, and spent 3 minutes testing me for drop foot and then said "you don't have drop foot." Thats really where his examination ended. He didn't recommend any back stretches or ways to strengthen my back. He left for a few minutes to find his "Back model" well, not having a back model in every exam room would be like not having a cash register at every checkout line at Walmart isn't it? I could understand if I went to an ENT and they didn't have a model of the spine in the exam room. I made the decision to have an MRI and xray. Some offices you can fill out the paperwork on line in advance. Not here. It took me 20 minutes to rewrite my name and DOB 4 different times on similar looking forms that the PA didn't even look at when he met with me. Office staff "faxed" seriously, "faxed" (I haven't used a fax in my office for 6 years) my "form" to the imaging center, after a week I didn't hear so i called and they "Re" faxed it. Called the imaging center and said they never got it last week. So another week goes by in pain. Maybe 4 staff members behind that little desk is too many. Ugh, I don't want to go back there to see the results. Any idea who I can go to?

I have visited the Rayus on State Street. I had a good experience at that one. No problems and the…read morepeople made me feel comfortable at an uncomfortable time mentally and physically. Which is why I sought out Rayus again. Unfortunately MRI's will be my new normal moving forward and I scheduled one for the Taylorsville location. I was told that one of the MRA's I needed was not done at the Taylorsville location, so I chose the South Jordan branch instead. One day before my appointment I get a text that basically says I need to call to reschedule. I call the number provided. Speak to Natalie who informs me that my MRA needs to be rescheduled at the Taylorsville location, but I can keep the other two appointments at 9 AM the next morning scheduled at their South Jordan location.. I was a bit bewildered since the Taylorsville front desk said they don't do that type of scan. Nonetheless, I agreed. The next morning I call to confirm the address and Natalie says that my appointments were canceled and all of them are now scheduled at the Taylorsville location next week! I told her I talked to her yesterday and was told I have two appointments at 9 AM this morning and only the MRA was rescheduled to next week at the Taylorsville location. She continued to gaslight me and I thanked her politely and continued here to good ol' Yelp, so I can make sure no one wastes their valuable time in choosing this place for future visits. I have been in pain trying to get this procedure done in a timely manner and now I have to find another place and wait longer to be able to see my neurosurgeon. This experience has been garbage Rayus. Especially Natalie at the front desk of the South Jordan Branch. Do better. UPDATE: I was contacted by the Taylorsville branch. They left a VM and my appointment was moved again to a later time?? I called them back and canceled my appointment. I will find another place to do my imaging. What a nightmare.

On my way to the appointment I got a text message showing I had an appointment scheduled for 9:30 in Pleasant Grove on Thursday which is not what I was told on the Phone. I now have to try to get work off for a 2nd day because of their lack of customer service. I haven't gotten the MRI yet but so far would not recommend.
