I have visited the Rayus on State Street. I had a good experience at that one. No problems and the people made me feel comfortable at an uncomfortable time mentally and physically. Which is why I sought out Rayus again. Unfortunately MRI's will be my new normal moving forward and I scheduled one for the Taylorsville location. I was told that one of the MRA's I needed was not done at the Taylorsville location, so I chose the South Jordan branch instead. One day before my appointment I get a text that basically says I need to call to reschedule. I call the number provided. Speak to Natalie who informs me that my MRA needs to be rescheduled at the Taylorsville location, but I can keep the other two appointments at 9 AM the next morning scheduled at their South Jordan location.. I was a bit bewildered since the Taylorsville front desk said they don't do that type of scan. Nonetheless, I agreed. The next morning I call to confirm the address and Natalie says that my appointments were canceled and all of them are now scheduled at the Taylorsville location next week! I told her I talked to her yesterday and was told I have two appointments at 9 AM this morning and only the MRA was rescheduled to next week at the Taylorsville location. She continued to gaslight me and I thanked her politely and continued here to good ol' Yelp, so I can make sure no one wastes their valuable time in choosing this place for future visits. I have been in pain trying to get this procedure done in a timely manner and now I have to find another place and wait longer to be able to see my neurosurgeon. This experience has been garbage Rayus. Especially Natalie at the front desk of the South Jordan Branch. Do better. UPDATE: I was contacted by the Taylorsville branch. They left a VM and my appointment was moved again to a later time?? I called them back and canceled my appointment. I will find another place to do my imaging. What a nightmare. read more

Rayus called me on a Tuesday to schedule an appointment for an MRI. Over the phone I confirmed with the representative my appointment would be Wednesday at 9:15am at the Taylorsville location. On my way to the appointment I got a text message showing I had an appointment scheduled for 9:30 in Pleasant Grove on Thursday which is not what I was told on the Phone. I now have to try to get work off for a 2nd day because of their lack of customer service. I haven't gotten the MRI yet but so far would not recommend. read more

Excellent offices and helpful staff in West Boca, FL. The most unfortunate thing is that I haven't been able to get the results of a test I took 18 business days ago. I've called the helpline multiple times, but no one has given me a reason for this situation. read more

My primary care doctor recommended a CT Coronary Calcium scan and told me that most insurance will not cover it but expect to pay about $100.00. So, I called Rayus and was quoted $90.00. When I arrived (7/01/24) I paid $90.00 at time of visit. I asked if that was my total expense and they confirmed that it was. Seven weeks later they sent an invoice for an additional $1,460.00 !!! No explanation, and no advance disclosure as required under the No Surprises Act. I will be checking to see if this is an illegal practice. A simple Google search shows that the normal price range for this scan is $100-$400. Please find another provider so you will not be "overcharged" (I'm being polite) in this way! read more

Dishonest and difficult to work with. They quote one price and the bill arrives with a 1000% increase. You are much better off at TaylorMed.

Their billing department sucks. Two years in a row I've got issues. They waited until the last minute to submit a prior auth ultimately causing me to have to reschedule my appointment for the second time. They had my information for almost 2 weeks. To top it off last year I got another MRI, I paid out of pocket, then like 4/5 months later I got bill for another few hundred dollars because apparently they made a mistake. This group needs to get their crap together. Prior auths are not rocket science. They just require follow up and taking care of them in advance. My physical therapist Referred them to me. I am so thankful he did. I was going to get my MRI at the hospital and they wanted $$1600.00 to do it so I called US MRI and they only charged me $260.00 (this was after my insurance)everyone that I dealt with was was so wonderful kind helpful and caring. My Physical Therapist and my Doctor had the report in less than 24 hours this was great because it showed I had 2 fractures that needed to be stabilized and the healing process started. I know that I will never ever go anywhere else for an MRI!!! read more

This was a poor experience. I went and there was an extremely long wait that I needed to reschedule the 1st appointment. I went to the 2nd appointment and asked when I would be able to see my results, I was told 24-48 hours. A week went by and I checked, they were still not there. When I call I was told they go to the doctor at that time however I could not see them for 14 business days. There are so many radiology options to go to. this one is not convenient and helpful. read more

I HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone. I have had a lot of MRI's over the years and this place was by far the best place I've been to. I was there for less than an hour starting from the minute I walked in the door to the minute I walked out. The ONLY thing that I wasn't impressed with from my visit was the headphone quality while getting my MRI. **Within 2 days of me posting my review I received an email from US MRI telling me that the headphones were not in sync properly and thanked me for bringing it to their attention** VERY impressed with their professionalism! read more

Forty five minutes in the waiting room for my appointment and no one said a word they were behind. Then, I was taking back to change and get ready for MRI and waited again. While waiting there was a lady who was very late for her appointment who came running in. She was told she was so late they had to rebook her. She put up and scene saying " I have to be seen today", "you have to help me".... They proceeded to allow her to fill out all the paperwork (which should be filled out online before the appointment).... And then took her back for her appointment not putting others behind. No communication, no regard. I won't return. read more

US MRI very good for my wife's MRI needs. The office staff worked with us on our special needs and they really came through effectively. They ironed out all the problems and did what the doctor ordered. We will recommend US MRI to all our family and friends. read more

I had a hamstring injury from water skiing that required an MRI. They were able to get me in within a day or so. Very friendly staff and technicians. This is my second visit to U.S. MRI and both visits have been great. Highly recommended. read more

They were very accommodating and kind. We didn't have to wait at all and they got us in same day. They have late hours which worked out great for me. My daughter was so nervous and had the best experience I could ask for. She said everyone was so kind and talked her through the entire process. The folks at USMRI are the very best in the business. The staff were warm and welcoming and very educated about the process. They made me feel at ease. The place is always clean and you can tell it's well ran. The owner Ted is a great guy and went out of his way to make sure i was taken care of. Lousy customer service. Unable to get a copy of my MRI. Each day they said it would be ready, this afternoon, tomorrow morning. Not until tomorrow etc. This went on for 4 days. I never had this problem when they were CDI. read more

n reading other reviews about this MRI company, my guess is they were written by employees of (Ogden) US MRI. This is THE WORST experience I have ever had with any medical provider. I had to have an MRI that lasted over two hours, one without contrast and one with. From the start the level of professionalism was lacking. But the worst part was when the contrast was administered. It took FIVE by two techs and finally the onsite doc used a butterfly needle because they were not capable of doing a simple phlebotomy. By then I had a large hematoma on my left arm and three throbbing nerves from whre they were hit with needles. The doc LEFT THE NEEDLE in my arm during the MRI!!! Needless to say, that was excruciating. Then afterwards I told the tech how badly it hurt. When he removed it, he hit the nerve in my writst. I'm still having issues with that. The hematoma finally healed after two weeks. I complained to the CEO of US MRI but received little concern from them. Unfortunately, I've had to have a number of MRIs but all of them have been without incident until this one. It was an awful experience. Even the radiologists reports from their two different radiologists were in conflict with each other. My doc was appalled. The lack of care and concern was and is amazing. I will NEVER use this company again. Then to make matters worse, I received a bill in the mail today and was told I must pay it now. The insurance hasn't even received it yet to pay their part. They are demanding I pay $3500 immediately. WOW!!! read more
